After smartly getting Gopi to agree to his plan...Ahem went ahead to implement the actual plan. The discussion he heard in his parents room had infact left a lasting impression on him & at the first opportunity he suggested that they can buy bangles for Rashi on behalf of Jigar...he observed how her face lit when she heard bangles...was he at that point happy that he was bang on target in hoping that she will like bangles as a gift !!! He went ahead & asked her to order 2 sets...1 set for Rashi & he paused slowly before he gave out for whom the 2nd set was...he observed her closely how she was expecting the 2nd pair would be for her by her shy smile...he slowly told her that the 2nd pair was for his mom & observed that she was disappointed but at the sametime she put that behind her & went ahead of ordering the bangles...When he saw that she was disappointed...after the kiss incident she avoided him & he did not know what she was feeling...but now it was clear to him that she still considered him as hers & there was still some hope for him to woo her !!!
When she said she never ordered something like this before...he absorbed it...he saw how she interacted with the jeweller & consulted him when she had to take a decision...at this point it did not strike him of the past incident but now he has 1st hand information about her...Will this information make any difference to him in the future & will he be able to relate to this? He knows that in her area, she is an expert & better than him & today he built her confidence to take it forward...he indirectly told her that he believes in her decisions & supports her in that !!!
When his mom asked them to go & get dressed, he hesitated for a second & out of the corner of his eye he looked if she would go with him or will she still hesitate...He saw that without hesitation she went along with him to get ready for the party !!...finally he got her back by using the reason of supporting Raji's relationship & his plan has been a success !!! When his mom complimented Gopi ...he took in the compliment & observed her...In past any such compliment irritated him...then during navratri he could not blink his eyes looking at her beauty & now did this compliment flutter his heart to know that yes his wife was indeed beautiful !!!
They observed that Jigar was sitting far away from Rashi...Ahem observed that & also could feel Gopis eyes on him for his support...& he immediately requested Jigar to move & the request was turned down...Gopi slowly requested & Jigar obliged...Jigar did not want to sit next to Rashi & asked Gopi to move next to Rashi...Ahem then took the decision into his hands & ordered Jigar to sit next to Rashi...did the incident trigger those old memories in him when he did not want to do anything with her & humiliate her with similar requests !!!
Another thing Ahem observed was when Rashi cut the cake & was about to feed Jigar, Urmilla pulled her hand away to eat the cake 1st...he saw Jigar being humilated...he saw it from a 3rd person's perspective...Did the incident remind him of his birthday& his treatment towards her...On his birthday, he never wanted to give the 1st bite to Gopi, his mom had to force him...On her birthday she was scared of his reaction but still gave him the first bite...Did this incident bring him to face his own reality??
Ahem is playing along with Gopi in getting Raji together as a cover-up for his own actions of getting close to her & working on his relationship...in the process he is seeing a mirror of his past self thru them...will he ever be able to get over what he is getting to know about how he treated her in the past?? He knows she was disappointed that the 2nd set of bangles were not for her...will he get her a gift to please her??? Does he want his mom to gift the 2nd set to his wife so that she could also feel the same happiness which his mom feels after 30 yrs of marriage !!! Does he want her to feel connected to him & his family thru that !!!
All my dear friends Im on vacation starting tomm night & back on Thursday morning...so Im not sure if I will get an opportunity to see SNS or even come to the forum !!!...will be back on thursday ...Hope we have gr8 scenes of Ahem wooing his love...Miss U till then 😉
