I don't know whether he will gift Gopi the Knagan of not. But notice how he paused before saying the other Kangan is for mom, he is definitely testing her. He took in her disappointment no doubt about it, but he doesn't realize by doing this he is pushing her away more. She has no expectations from him already, but now he just confirmed it. He still doesn't realize Gopi is a different type of girl altogether. Yes she felt the disappointed, but not jealous, because for her other's happiness will always come before hers. Too bad he doesn't understand this.

Nice post . What i can think a lil positive after reading ur analysis is that they are teasing lovingly each other or may start a pyar bhari nok jhok in recent future.
