HR does not need to prove anything for anyone. Whether he has an eye for talent or not, will be known later. BUt one fact is sure, there is no one who encourages new talent more than HR. In near every film he gives chance to new talent and always encourages them. I think he and Ram Gopal Varma, are the true supporters of fresh talent. People go with scripts to RGV and if he likes it, he immediately takes on the project. He must have given so many new directors and actors and writers and MDs to the industry.
Same is with HR, he realy gives a chance to genuine talent. I can recall about 15 new singers he has introduced in the last 1 year.
And just for the record, he really likes Ujjaini and she will be recording with HR shortly for Tolu Bajaj film. Nihira has already recorded for HR.

In C'2005 vinit was HR's chela no.1. In order to hype vinit he had neglected Ujjaini and Paresh. Anyway, this is a old story...now HR has given a chance to Ujjaini to record a song for him...

I think she has already recorded for HR, i found it in Ujjaini's chat transcript at sifymax...don't know about the film...
