I have some queries.
1) How can we make a Sticky post?
2) Can everyone make a Sticky post?
3) Some times I post a 'Post', still it does not appear on the forum even after posting the same post 2-3 times. And suddenly after 6-7 hours you get to see that post 2-3 times on the forum
What problem can it be?
