PART 65
"maan…what if I………." geet said.
"u trust me geet?" maan asked.
"khud se" geet said.
"then remember I will be always on ur side…..will u be strong geet? For me?" maan asked.
"yes….yes I will be strong…for u maan…..for u" geet cried in his arms.
After some time maan and geet left shalini's house.
They both sat in his car and maan started driving.
"maan lets go to that park" geet asked.
He turned to her and saw her face serious.
"geet….." maan started but geet cut him in the middle and said "plz maan"
"hmm" maan turned the car towards the park.
They reached the park and geet went in and sat on the grass. Maan came and sat beside her.
She kept her head on his shoulder and he hugged her by her waist.
"geet tum teek ho na" maan asked her.
"hmm" geet muffled her cry.
"geet" maan turned and cupped her face. Tears started to flow from her eyes.
"geeet….geet kya hua?" maan worried.
She hugged hm tightly and cried.
"geet plzz geet….dont cry" maan said.
"maan mujhe dar lag rahahai" geet spoke in between her hiccups.
He broke the hug and again cupped her face.
"geet u trust me na so y are u scared" maan asked.
"maan they are evil maan…..they are totally evil…..what if…..what if they hurt u? what if they….what if they divide us? I cant bear that maan…I will die…." Geet cried.
"shhh….shhh geet" maan cut her in the middle "don't say like that geet…..nothing will have….no one can separate u from me…..u became my soul geet……u r my life" maan tried to comfort her.
She kept her head on his heart and cried. Maan slowly lied on the grass along with geet.
After few minutes she slept silently. He saw her face which had tear strains on it.
He without waking her lifted her in his arms and walked back to the car. They drove back to geet's house….handa mansion with geet still sleeping.
As the car came to a halt before the mansion he again lifted her in his arms and took her in.
He knocked on the door and some maid opened the door. He placed and on her bed and left from there.
Next morning
"dev bring the covers I kept on my bed in my bedroom" dadi shouted from the hall of KM and dev answered back "ji dadi"
He literally ran to dadi's bedroom and picked the covers and returned back to hall.
"dadi iss mein kya hai?" dev asked
"geet keliyeh designer saree" dadi smiled.
"dadi how did u arrange it in such a short period" dev wondered.
"Mrs. Savitri Devi Khurana hoon mein" dadi said proudly.
"ji ji" dev acted all dramatic and both laughed.
"chalo chalo late horaha hai…..ab yeh maan hai kaha?" dadi asked.
"yaha" came his voice from the stairs and both turned to look at him.
Handa mansion
"bayya kitni baar kaha meine iss phool ko waha rakhneko….ek bhi teek se kaam nai karta hai…uff……" misha shouted on a person who is arranging the orchids in the hall of HM.
She turned and crashed in to a hard boby and fell back but before she touched the ground he caught her by her waist and studied her "yash" she smiled.
"ji haan" yash smiled back.
"thoda dheere dheere challo madam agar tum gir gayi to" yash said.
"to…..to tum ho na mujhe pakadne keliyeh" misha smiled.
"haan haan….mein hoon aap ki seva mein" yash acted dramatically and both laughed.
"ab tum dono bas karo aur arrangements mein dhyaan do" meera shouted at them from another corner of the room.
They both split and ran in opposite directions to continue with the arrangements.
"meera…..meeraaa" sid came to her.
"kya hua sid" meera said casually while arranging the curtains.
"what about rings?" sid asked.
"don't worry about that maan veerji said he will bring them" meera said still busy with the curtains.
Sid turned to leave when meera called him again "sid"
"haan?" he turned.
"who is arranging the lights?" she asked.
"yash" sid said.
"and what about DJ?" meera asked again.
"I already called someone I know and they said they will contact soon" he said.
"okay" meera said and again turned to the curtains.
All were busy in the preparations.
"meera beta" mr.handa called her.
"ji uncle" meera went near him.
"beta savitri ji called and said they started. Did all the preparation completed?" he asked her.
"ji uncle sab kuch hogaya" meera said eying the whole hall with satisfaction.
"waise is the dear darling bride still sleeping?" yash came from beside.
"yeah" misha replied joining them.
"kya geet is still sleeping…yeh kya hai beta. They started and she is still sleeping" mohinder said worriedly.
"don't worry uncle gives us an hour and she will be ready" meera smiled.
"but maan…" mohinder started to say but misha cut him and said "he have to wait for his bride" meera and yash chuckled along with her.
"that's bad…..poor maan" sid said joining them.
"ohh some one is taking the wrong side" misha glared at him.
"ok beta….get geet ready quickly" mohinder left silently knowing there will be another mini war now.
"oh oh oh I am talking about u girls…..ufff u take a lot of time to do ur make up wagera" sid teased them.
"don't u dare say that sid" meera warned him.
"yash bhayyaaa……wont u take my side" sid acted all dramatic.
"in this matter sid……" yash looked at the too girls who are eyeing him angrily "I am totally ur side dude" yash instantly jumped towards sid from beside meera as he knows if he is any more minute stay there misha and meera will kill him.
"yeah…." Sid and yash gave a hi-five.
"u girls are always there to torcher our boys" sid said again
"oh…..really!!!!!...sid u really think so" came tammanna's voice from behind them.
She just entered the hall and listened to their talk and joined them.
"oh yeahhh….tammu that's good one" misha screemed and side hugged her.
"so what say sid" tammanna said smirking.
"i….i……wo….i…" sid shuttered.
"arey kya hua sid….dont do that dude" yash assured him.
"whats happening here?" came her voice from behind and every body turned to her and were first shocked seeing her there and then all gave her their big smile.
"I asked whats going on here? Yeh sab decoratitons kya hai? Yeh tum log kya pehna hai? Misha don't u want to come to office. How many days are u planning to take leave? Aur sid tu….dont u have duty today? Meera?" geet started showering them with questions.
Suddenly someone came and closed geet's eyes from behind.
"and whats this now……whoever it is I m warning u to remove ur hands before I break ur bone" geet shouted.
Geet woke up hearing loud voices and came out of her room searching for the source. When she stepped out of the room she was literally shocked seeing the dcor. She again heard the voices and went down the stairs only to find the whole hall decorated and her gang stood in the middle shouting screaming and laughing. She is confused by all this and went near them.
And when someone closed her eyes from behind she lost her patience and shouted.
"guess darling" spoke the person.
"omg" geet shouted in joy.
