Ever since Dadi has started her detective agency, visits to DDSDSB forum has been a lovely and heartening experience. Thank you Dadi for infusing such a zing into this forum. Just for this reason, stick around.😉

And now for the sorry. My reaction to Dadi's role is shocking for me too. I cannot and do not condone any kind of violence against women, even if it perpetrated by an Adonis incarnate. So by not rooting for Dadi, I stand morally and ethically on the wrong side. However this revelation also led me to analyse why I don't like Dadi. So here goes...

1. Like Viraj, even Dadi seems to be imposing her own will on Jahnvi. It is Dadi who has decided that the marriage must end just as Viraj has decided that the farce of a marriage must go on. What does Jahnvi want? Does Viraj know? No! Does Dadi know? No!

2. Dadi is not responding to Jahnvi's call for help. She has come to prove herself right. In her position, I would have hoped and prayed that I was wrong. But Dadi would have very disappointed if she was wrong about Viraj. This is becoming a battle of egos. Jahnvi is once again a victim here.

3.Dadi is a street smart, wily woman and very different from the relics we see as dadis in other shows. This one is a culture shock.😆

4. KVB has oodles of charisma and is a great performer. As a viewer I would like to see more of him and am really scared that dadi may spell the end of him.😲 So I am kind of wishing her away! Selfish me!!!😃

Now friends, why don't you share why you do and do not like Dadi!

very nice post...1st of all let me thnk u...u exactly point out why we didnt like dadi...U know i was thinking like- 'am i sadist or what??' cozz to me dadi was really irritating & annoying and i really wished she should leave Virjah alone ...

Now by reading your post i'm feeling better 😆 ..as per your points I'm 1000% agree with u...specially that KVB point...He is brillient nd as viewers its natural that everyone wants to see him more...

I will add more.. 1) we all (atleast me ) have some soft corner for Viraj as we know he has abusive past nd some clinical prob too ,so I can't really hate him..and dadi from the start she is playing like opposite party to viraj... always want to expose him ..So from the starting Dadi was in the opposite party for me too. 😆...

2) I really really really in love with this Fantastic couple...KarTi ( Virja ) 😳 and i can't even think of their separation...I despiratly want that the game should be between them...AS VIRAJ SAID TO JAHNVI ''Iss ghar me sirf do log rahenge , Main aur Tum...for the Better or for the Worst''

Anyways for now I want to thnk Dadi as due to her we can peek in the dark past of one & only Mr Viraj Dobriyal ( Sharma )...

Don't know why every serial shows that an ideal woman accepts everything for sake of her family and only revolts when her near ones/family gets affected?

This serial should have shown Jahnvi to stand up for her own sake and not after learning about Viraj's plan against Gangadhar.

Also - I never really liked the extensive planning and plotting by Viraj to frame Gangadhar and Sanjay. Abusive husbands don't go to that extent to keep their wives under control.🤔

Viraj could have emotionally blackmailed Jahnvi to shut her mouth or else he could have done something less damaging - like he could have hired goondas to show fake robbery and creating trouble for gandadhar's family.

Agree with u..i dont support evil n torturing husbands at all..and here too m nt supporting wht Viraj does at all..bt whatever the matter, whether investigating the past of Viraj, curing him, leaving him or teaching him a lesson, shud b done by Jahnvi herself..its her life n she shud b strong n come to a decision regarding her life with Viraj..dadi is currently luking jst like an interfering n obsessed person who jst wants to bring out Viraj's truth n nothing else..

Viraj is gonna die.. What if Daadi is blamed for it?? *that'll be the biggest joke*

okay, cumin to ur topic.. I super like it.. All I want is Daadi to GO away from that house.. I cannot tolerate dat Woman's presence in Dobriyal Mansion. I agree that she has come to save Jhanvi.. But she is interfering alot in their matters. Just like u said, both of them want to overpower each other.

"poking nose & investigating(if u have a doubt ) in someone matters is not good but it is good when it is for betterment of someone's future"...for me dadi is doing right cz she wants to save her granddaughter from that monster...she is doing investigation abt viraj..she is right at her place...if she tells truth abt viraj to jhanvi she never blieves cz now jhanvi thinks viraj has changed now...but its jhanvi's illusion...so thats y she is not telling truth to jhanvi...we know dadi is interfearing in jhanvi's life but she is doing all this only for her granddaughter's future...dadi wants to prick d bubbles of viraj infront of jhanvi...n after that its up to jhanvi what she would do with viraj...

I agree with you and dadi's intentions but it is afterall Jahnvi's life. Let her decide for herself that Viraj is a monster. I do not think J is under any illusion. She is simply confused. Viraj is her biggest fear but every time she gets a whiff of danger, Viraj is the one she turns to, even unconsciously at times. She likes Viraj but wants him to be normal like everyone else, which is a just demand. Dadi should have assured her that whatever decision J would have taken, the family will be there for her. I know that dadi is right but the Cvs should have shown her with a little more compassion rather than a street fighter.

An ideal woman is not supposed to think of her own self as it would be selfish thing to do. Self esteem, self respect are still alien concepts in our society. However, at least here we are talking, some shows which portray dominating m-i-ls are so regressive that I cringe even at their promos. We are contemplating punishment for Viraj but what if it was a cruel m-i-I ?
