Jyoti is worried about her father's deteriorating health. Daya, Bhavana and Faibaa console Jyoti and Daya requests Mansukhlal to send Jyoti to Jamnagar to be with her father. The family is told that Chandreshbhai's both kidneys have failed and urgently needs a donor. Since his wife Bharti, cannot give her kidney, Sneha offers to donate her own kidney – she is discouraged by Pranav who tells her not to be a martyr. As Chandreshbhai's condition worsens, he is brought to Mumbai for treatment. Jyoti gets ready to donate a kidney to her father, but she needs to get Mansukhlal's permission before that.
Jyoti gets the form from the hospital and takes it to Amar for his signature. Amar is surprised and the men folk in the family are worried about Jyoti's decision. They are curious to know if Sneha is behind influencing Jyoti. Sneha is shocked at the response of the family when Jyoti voices her decision to donate her kidney to her father. She is more and more convinced that she needs to stand up for the rights of the women in the house. Jyoti and Bhavna both realise that there is truth in what Sneha says, but they cannot muster up enough courage to voice their solidarity.
Sneha finally decides to speak to Mansukhlal about Jyoti's decision to donate her kidney to her father. Mansukhlal's reply to Sneha shocks Sneha who takes the harsh decision that nobody expected – she walks out of the house…
