I asked the operator to connect me to Programming Inquiry department and operator gave me an alternate number +(91)-(22)-67227777
On dialing this new number I waited for operator assistance who was kind enough to connect me to Inquiry department. I had to wait for about 2 minutes for next service representative to answer my call. Finally I was connected to 'Amit'.
Amit: Hi this is Amit. How may I help you.
Me: Hi I am Anaamikka and I am calling from US on behalf of Navya Fans in US.
Amit: Ok, please go ahead.
Me: We have heard that your upcoming new serial Sajda is being launched in Feb this year and the show timings are Mon-Fri 10 pm. Our forum members from India have confirmed that SP has aired the promos in India with this information. We are very worried as the time slot clashes with Navya. Can you let me know if there is going to be any change in the time slot for Navya?
Amit: No, we don't have any information on Navya's time slot change. If the channel decides to chnage it then they will make an official announcement.
Me: Okay, so are you aware if any such announcement about Navya will be made by SP this week or in coming week.
Amit: No, I cannot say anything about that as we don't have any information. Atmost we can take your contact details i.e. email-id or phone number and then update you about it.
Me: Okay, please note down my email id (i gave him my email)
Amit: Thank you for calling SP. Have a nice day.
The guys response seemed genuine and I am sure if we keep calling them and raise our concerns SP will act in a positive manner for us.
So please don't give up or I should say please don't give in. Call up SP and make them hear us.
