A handsome and imposing man who is around 27 years old. He is the son of Kokila and Parag Modi. He is an egomaniac who takes business matters very seriously and believes in himself totally. Ahem is the one handling the entire Modi business empire, in which he is very skilled. Ahem was in love with a woman called Anita before his marriage to Gopi thus he even refused to acknowledge her as his wife. He particularly resented the fact that Gopi was illiterate and considered her unworthy of him. Of late, Ahem has grown fonder of Gopi but he doesn't like to show his feelings on this matter.
