This may be just Siddhis dream sequence. I'm sure the track can't progress so soon.didn't they take so many episodes showing Siddhi getting those feelings?
It's more of a catch to keep us more n more curious.
On a personal note I would not be happy if things progress so soon. It should take it's own time; some hesitation from Kunal; some things he would do so she feels good and then gradually express his love.

Another reason for my thoughts are bcos of the Raveena episode.
Remember when they showed the engagement promo, they showed Raveena confessing her love for Rohit. However she actually ran away on the wedding day itself and that episode was telecast much later !!
