From what I see in the first pic, the jewllery doesnt look good with the saree at all..too much going on!

Yes she could have ditched the necklace but still gorgeous!! Love the accessories though...I love these kind of jeweleries!

There's way too much going on with this look. The wavy hair, the heavy necklace and the earrings, the bright saree, the distracting lace. Too much junk for one look. She should have had her hair up in a chic bun and kept the earrings, skipped the rest. This is a fail, not working. Its too chammak challo.

Its not appropriate for derby, thats why I called it chammak Challo.😆 Sonam was obviously trying to make a statement because she knew the Poonawalas and their cronies would do the typical Derbi look. Even then, I don't like it. It would be a decent outfit for a shaadi though where everything is even more chammak challo than this. 😆
