where did the lawyer come from?

I am not sure if they showed it and I missed it.

Who hired the Lawyer? His entry was shown as a surprise and nobody was expecting him. I am not sure if Brijesh hired him.... although the lawyer knew that chandni loved brijesh since he said " ur bro's life is more important than your status in society"

But everybody including brijesh were not expecting a lawyer to show up for nahar's defense....

I am really confused. someone tell me the answer.

and he knew about all this , and that day kaki was talking to kaveri and somebody listen to them that's what kaki think . so i think that bhabho heard that , and she will bring kaki's true face infront of everybody. what do you guys think

The lawyer is probably hired by Saloni. In a scene before this, they had shown Saloni in which she was saying to herself that she wants to know the entire truth or something.
