Telugu, Tamizh & English newspapers carry the story of Nurse Omana - Dr.Naren tried to misbehave with her. Naren is fuming at home to Rathy. His father is the onlooker. No limits not only for kaadhal but also for kattukadhai.
At the hospital canteen the workers analyse the news. Chinnaya who is present says it cannot be true. But the other workers have fallen for Omana's acting skills. Chinnaya's logical explanation falls on deaf ears. Omana usually comes only on night duty. How can Naren who comes during the day try many a times to misbehave. One fellow says the man with the teeth eats pakodas - leave it. Chinnayya unable to control himself hits that fellow.
Ezhil gets a call at Raksha. A young village belle named Ramayi, suffering inferiority complex calls. Ramayi is a college student who gets teased by her name, her looks, her lack of English knowledge. Ezhil tries to talk her out of the complex, gives examples, of people - of countries. Ramayi lists out the teasing done at the hostel too. Ezhil slowly gets her college name, hostel room number, noting down the details. Her room mate even makes her wash her clothes. Why did not complain asks Ezhil. Ramayi says all those rakshasis will kill her when she gets back to her room. All of them are very wealthy. Ramayi wants to commit suicide. Ezhil's plea goes into deaf ears. Ezhil makes Ramayi talk to Nirmala madam who is the other person at Raksha. Ezhil rushes out while Nirmala talks to Ramayi.
At the hostel room, Ramayi is readying the sari to hang herself. Realises the door is open, goes to close it, Ezhil barges in, tries to stop Ramayi - finally slaps Ramayi. The warden is approached by Ezhil who fires them.
At SN - MB summoning Chinnayya. Buddhi why kONal he asks, the camera angle is also kONal which turns straight. Chinnayya explains his stance. MB says oor vayai mooda mudiyaadhu. They are his co-workers . Must adjust. Chinnaya thinks how he should have behaved - talk ill of Dr.Naren along with others.
At the hospital - notice board bears cutting from newspapers are stuck. PK with his dirty look and smile watches. Dr.RB too comes and sees. PK comes as if he is unaware of the whole thing. Reads the headlines from the newspapers - acts as if he is all goody goody. Shouts to the assembled crowd that the person responsible to put it up will face the consequences. Tears them all into pieces. Tell RB that only people at the hospital cannot read now, what about the public? Rathy leaves in disgust. PK after warning the staff that if anyone tries to give interview to the news channels will face termination follows to Rathi's cabin.
PK continues his acting - says he will bring the person responsible into light. Rathi asks him to stop acting. The whole act is dirty, vulgar and irritating. Can see the happiness flowing inside you although you mouth these words she says, without wasting time just get out. PK promises that he did not do these things. Rathi tells that Naren did advice her not to treat PK for he is an animal, but Rathi did not heed. Not only the notice board thingy Rathi also knows that Omana was readied by PK. The expression on PK's face changes to a whole time villain. But Rathi is not angry - only pities the patient who went away during treatment. Rathi concludes that PK is dangerous to the society.
PK asks Rathy to stop, he is neither a psycho nor an anti-social element he claims. He knows he is a split personality. He leaves an envelope on Rathi's table saying she would know why he became a split personality after seeing whatever is in the envelope. Rathy looks at the envelope which has SPLIT in capital letters. Rathy sinks her face into her palm.

Naren frets & fumes. Prem thinks himself to be God – performs both Akhal Azhithal duty – creates & solves the problem be it Omana case or sticking paper clippings on hospital notice board & remove it. Rathi says Prem is trying to settle score with them for the death blow they gave him by their marriage. Press people arrive for an interview. Naren refuses to meet them but his dad & Rathi persuade him to talk & tell them his side of the nyayam.
Naren still in foul mood meets press people & shouts at them . Says they are not going to write what he has got to say , like he is Dr. Naren , a well known Cardiologist, one of the directors in SN , living happily with kadhal manaivi etc etc but want to know about how he behaved with Omana , what was her reaction , what was Rathi's reaction for that , so on and so forth. Shouts & tells as such they have come prepared with their own version & tells them write what ever they want.
Vasanthi's friend Uma walking along the road , bumps in to SN staff Sabastin who happens to be her father's good friend. During the conversation Uma casually mentions that Vijima is spending jolly good time with her grand daughter. Sebastin vandhoma pesinoma ponomanu illama oru Naradhar kalagathai creating – says the child is Vijima's pethithan but ponnu. Uma is confused , Sebastin keeps harping on the same thing- pethi ana ponnu , finally tells Viji's surrogate mother status.
Outside Naren's cabin a nurse is counting tokens. Naren is fly Oting in his cabin – not a single patient since the paper news .Upset & agitated Naren becomes hyper , vents out anger & frustration to Ezhil who tries to calm him down .Worried & concerned Ezhil goes to inform about Naren's condition to Rathi.
Uma goes to Vasanthi's house.Vasanthi not at home. Willing to wait. Vijima goes to make coffee for her. Vasanthi comes, surprised to see the friend . Uma puttu puttu vaiking all she knew about Vasanti – child – Viji's surrogate motherhood.. Vasanthi shocked & upset. As soon as she leaves mandakapadi starts for Viji – Vasanthi accuses Viji to have told everything to Uma , any amount of Viji's denial falls on deaf ears.
Ezhil meets Rathi & informs about Naren's disturbed mood. Same time Naren comes to her room all agitated & frustrated. Rathi tries to calm him down in vain. Naren's depressed mood continues – no patients , all female patients scared of him , has been painted as a womaniser , all because of that villain Prem whom Rathi considers a patient & treats him , & no one have any sympathy on him, while the villain moves around freely nallavan like him have to stay in hide out , his pressure rises , helpless Rathi finds it hard to calm him down. Rathy then gives him coffee along with a tablet. Medicine works , Naren cools down a bit & holding rathi's hand like a child asks will things improve for the better. Rathi assures him & asks him to take rest in her room while she finishes off some work with Chairman.
