Vintage LTL Written Update 16 And 17 March 2010

Hello & Welcome to the Written Update of Episode 41 telecast on 16 March 2010.

Episode begins in the stellar halls of PN where the Sangeet ceremony of our pyaara, dulaara Don Badshah is underway.😳 A couple of ladies are playing phugdi while others are milling about.Kidd Roops is pestering the women wanting to join them but like most of the time in her life, is ignored.Baji is shown overseeing the arrangements when Roops attempts to drag him to dance with her.He too escapes.One by one PN niwasismake an appearance dressed in their fineries. Chudail Sups stands there worried with her fish cut lehenga in a twist. She worriedly asks Baji if "Woh" will make an appearance🤢😡. Baji assures her that his Bhau will be here. Camera then pans to Nipplegate BG Ravi.🤢He gives his ogress a thumbs up!("pukes"Man! I was so over this couple!They are back!!!)Despite his assurances Baji too is worried if his friend will show up for his Sangeet ceremony but is later shown to jump with joy when he spots him coming.

Lights dim. All go silent.In walks a tall powerful celestial being in the hushed silence. Sher E Patilwadi has arrived.😍❤️😍❤️😍❤️😍❤️

He stands there confused at the darkness & silence.And like in all times of uncertainty he calls out for Baji.Receiving no answer he then calls for his Mama.A very endearing & tentative:Aayi.😳 Not Aayi Saaheb.Plain Aayi.He then calls the woman who he had always considered to be his second mum.Tayi.Kala Tayi.He hesitantly puts his foot forward & steps in a path of flower petals which has been laid out to welcome him.A spotlight goes on his face & suddenly he showered with rose petals.Its a treat to watch the camera pan a 360 deg angle while he raises his tortured face to blast of soothing petals.😍 Roops then sprinkles some rose water & he is comically startled.Baji does a little drama of handing in his gun & quitting being a gangster.Patil Saab is shocked & asks him if he has gone crazy.Lights come on & everyone cheers.Sweetheart then notices that a party is going on & doesn't like it one bit.A sea of LTL's villians is shown which then part like the Sea in Moses' time to reveal the Chudail in chief perched
daintily on a decorated jhoola.🤢 Patil Saab's face goes white as if he's seen a ghost or rather a ...well a chudail.🤣Baji drags him to sit beside her.D is enraged but complies.He pointedly turns his back on her.
Baji then recites a shayr by way of declaring the celebration to begin which goes like," Meherbaan kadardaan, Bhau ne rakh liya hain mera maan, toh ab aap sabko khilaaonga paan"!(Wah!Wah!) D is ssuper irritated & rises abruptly from the jhoola( Keep counting just how many times he rises from that horrid jhoola!Count One!) Baji pushes him back & is on a roll with more shayri this time about the love between D & that Koopriya! (This was one of the times I wanted to whack Baji!😡) D stands again (Count Two) thoroughly disgusted & stomps off to mommy dearest.He demands the purpose of a sangeet ritual of which he has no clue about.Baji intervenes saying this is all his doing as he has always seen this type of naach gaana
being done in a hero's wedding.Since our Darling Don is The hero & also since this would be his first & last wedding (Heh!Heh!) naach gaan toh banta hain. Pann Patil Saahebanna he sagda aawadath naahi! (Saab hates all this, Loved Mishal's marathi diction👏) Still Baji drags him back to the jhoola to sit with that kulakshani! D is losing his temper & warns Baji to check it but the chota packet is in his element & continues to tease D saking him to sit closer to "Vahini". (Someone get me a germicide!😡) D warns Baji again.But he isn't listening.He points to the chudail & says see how Vahini is sharmaoing & the chudail acts all shy why!Baji then orders Nakusha to bring cold drinks & forces D to drink. The gappu muh D throws a tantrum & refuses to drink.😆 PN wasis witness all this warily.
Baji presses the drink but D rises again angrily(Count Three).He says he doesn't want any drink, places the glass back & strides off towads the staircase.Baji continues his harassment pulling at D all the while.Unable to take anymore Patil Saab turns around & gives him a tight slap.😲(Thappad bhi kya ada se maara Patil Saab ne!Maar khanewala kahe,"Ek baar aur"!😍😍😍😍)
The entire crowd is rooted to the spot with shock.D raises a finger at Baji & snarls in a voice etched with fury,'Enough is enough!".He then gives everybody a scathing look & strides up the staircase.Baji looks very crestfallen.

But Baji aise hi Baji nahin hain! Love his Never Say Die attitude.👍🏼👏What follows is a treat for Baji & DuJi fans! Baji blocks D's ascent & D looks up at him with a challenge.Baji demands how can D raise his hand on him? D does not answer him & makes a move to go up but Baji firmly blocks him again.And begins the best duet in the history of LTL,
"Kitne bhi tu karle sitam, has haske sahenge hum
yeh pyar na hoga kum, Sanam teri kasam"😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

(Awesomely picturised song!Absolute heaavenly expressions by Mishal & Vinay.Dance moves too good!But y'all already know that!But the smiles breaking out on everyone else's faces is a must watch! Even Babi-Ganpat have a some cute moments!Lovely⭐️)

Kala leads D back to the jhoola while everybody claps & cheers.A collective sigh of relief is let out by the crowd & Baji continues happily with the evening.The next act belongs to the very beautiful Leelavati & much as we hate them her skit & dance with Suds is actually very enjoyable. So enjoyable that it does bring a smile to our gappu Don!
Then he gets irritated by Suds act & rises again (Count Four) & walks out of there.Episode ends.

The Journey Continues...

I never even dreamt I'd see this day.That I 'd be updating THE Episode.The episode which completely changed my life that night in March 2010.I'd known only about Balika Vadhu on Colors & never failed to congratulate myself on my ability to keep away from TV serials seeing the way an eight year old was abused for the viewing pleasure of the people of this nation.It'd been a horrible day & I began flipping channels just to keep from going insane.

And there he was.Standing forlornly.Alone.With an expression of profound anguish on his angelic face.His eyes were so haunted & filled with unfathomable pain.Like he has never known a moment of peace and happiness in his life.Like he was bracing against unknown forces which were capable of racking him to the core of his being.Which was strange because there was this aura of immense power emanating from him.Like no one could touch him.Powerful & Fearless.Yet there he was, like a terrified little boy.Lost.Alone. A line from a poem I had read eons ago began circulating in my head,"O What can ail thee,Knight at arms?"
All this happened in matter of mere moments while that haunting song,'Jaane Kya Baat Hai" played in the background.I sat there mesmerised to the core, wondering how can one sense such contardicting vibes from someone who is on TV? But then that is the enigma we still have not been able to figure two years down the line.Agree?😳
