Well, most of the time i sit on for 1 hourbut many times if its has been more i wudn't even know it has been that long. yep awesome.

it all depends on the day! on the weekend im only on for 10- 20 min. on the weekdays, sometimes 1/2 hour or 2 hrs.

On weekdays I ldo spend sometime during coffee breaks. Weekends are mine ... no computer, I have enough of it over the week.

But I do sneak in some time on IF 😉
