As reading many post I was little bit disappointed... U ple r not worried for the absences of naitik? Do understand tat u ple too need naitik but y aren't any 1 tryi to convey our expectations to cv s... Pl do something ... 😭 😭 u need the baby in absences of naitik ? How cme der no opposing post for showing his absence...? I really don't understand...
Pl don't thnk I'm hurting any1 here...

Lot of efforts have already been taken to make CV's aware of what we want. Now we just have to watch what they want to show us.
