Update 22nd June
The previous episode ended with a wandering Chandni seeing Adi in front of her in the market. Esctatic, she is rooted in place.
As today's episode starts Chandni raises her hand to call out to Adi, but then remembers her promise to bauji. (yaar the entire family is into emotional blackmail, pehle beeji abhi bauji) . She quickly hides behind the closest shop, thinking to herself that her heart wants to run upto Adi, but she had her promise to her father to consider. As she's praying to mataji for himmat, suddenly a leather clad hands catches her fingers. She spins around and comes face to face with Adi. Adi says I finally found my chandni, while she begs him to let her go. She's just about to say it for the third time when Dilawar's voice from behind her asks Adi to let go. Adi turns and asks Who Dilawar thinks he is ordering Adi to let go. Dilawar like a proud punju announces ,-' uska hone wala pati- dilawar'!
Adi refuses to leave chandu's hand and says that he has come from mumbai to take her with him and starts walking with chandni. Dilawar screams like Amitabh Bachchan does when he's angry and whips out a gun. He then shoots.
Jerked, Chandni realises that it was a dream, and quickly says to herself that if she wants it to remain a dream she shall have to get away from Aditya.
AS she reaches home she hears her parents speaking about her. Her father is worried and asks her mother why he let chandu go out of the house. Chandni is deeply hurt by the way they keep talking about her as if she has never kept a promise. So she walks upto her father with tears in her eyes. She asks him if he doesn't trust her at all. She goes onto say that she'd rather die, than break her promise to him that she'll forget Adi and shall never try to meet him.
Meanwhile, Tara is at the India calling office in the dark going through the employee file. She quickly locates Chandni's photo and takes a pic on her cell. Suddenly the door opens and Kamini enters. She asks Tara what she is doing and when she see's Chandu's photo she gets slightly angry. Tara says that Adi wants the photo and Kamini gets even more angry. She asks Tara how she, loving Adi as much as she does, handle him leaving her for a girl like Chandni. She then again goes into mombo jombo trying to convince Tara to fight for Adi. But Tara finally says that to Kamini love means something else and to her, itmeans something else.
Adi is talking to himself and driving Shanty to distraction.
Chandni is sitting in front of the mirror and her mother comes up behind her. She says that Chandni is now a bride, and brides have a certain glow on their face, a happiness which makes them look the most beautiful at the marriage ceremony. Chandni says that she doesn't want to look pretty. She says that Mehndi and haldi and all these things don't mean anything and that its not going to make a difference. Her mother is slightly disappointed and says that you cannot avoid these customs but Chandni reassures her that nobody will see her tears. Finally giving in she goes and sits back in front of the mirror and lets her mother do her parandi.
Adi is sitting on the bed, when Tara's mms reaches him. He shouts in joy and tells shanty that Chandni's photo has come. Shanty is really excited to see her photo, but when he does, he's shocked to realise that chandni is the female he was sitting with in the dhaba. Shift suddenly:Adi asks Shanty how Chandni was looking and he says sometimes sad sometime happy. Adi gets bugged and Shanty tells him that she was very distracted and was looking here and there.
Meanwhile, at Dillu's house all set of parents and children saj dhaj ke baithe hai. They finally fix the date of the marriage a week late on the 7th. Everyone rushes to Chandni and wishes her. Dilawar gets a call and excuses himself.
Its Adi on the other end and he tells dillu that he has his gf's photo now and that Dillu has to help him find her. Dillu says sure and that if god';s willing they both would get married in the same mandap. Then dillu says that there's a jagrata at his place the next day and that Adi has to come there. Adi says sure and says that he'll bring the photo of his gal too.
Dilawar goes back to the hall, and everyone starts teasing him saying that he was talking to his gf or something. He blushes but says not much except stop it, it was just a frnd. Chandni just smiles faintly, saying nothing.
When everyone is about to leave dillu pulls her aside and asks her why she didn't feel jealous when everyone was teasing him with another female. She says she has full trust in him and is about to go away when dillu says "ADITYA" . Chandni's face gets panicked and her eyes water. Dillu says that he's his frnd from mumbai and he's come to jalandhar looking for a kudi and that he now has her photo too. At last he says Adi's coming there with 'her' photo.
Precap:: Tara's crying and her father is outraged that sh's helping Adi get another girl when she loves him so much. She says that probably this is what love is all about. Her father says she being a Vadhera shouldn't act like this- but Tara says that she's a woman first and then a Vadhera.
As she leaves, Mr Vadhera angrily says in the camera that he'll not spare Aditya Khanna.
Seven days- thats all our hero has to work his magic? Will these two ever have a life together, or is fate bent on pairing Dillu and chandu.
And what Exactly does Vadhera have in mind. Wait and find out!
