I think in todays epi RB my come to know that simi loves him through that doll or when RB may take simi to hospital she may say him there too...

Rajbeer will come to know about Simi's feelings for him through the returning gift doll but he will explain nicely to Simi that she is just a friend and more like a sister to him than a lover. He only loves one person and that is our Preeto and our Preeto is the only one that will make his wife.
