Indira has the power of attorney for Kutumb. However, kutumb is the legal owner of sharma niwas & not indira...ghar uske control mein hone se wo owner nahi banti.

i have seen this discussed on IF ke sameer will propose indira so that he can own the house. aur aaj ka sameer ka track dekhke ye hi laga ke HD mein bhi aise hi kuch similar cheez dikhane wale hai. max to max sameer ko indira se shaadi karke sharma niwas ka 1/4th hissa mil jayega (since kutumb has 4 kids) but wo owner nahi ban sakta!!! what do u feel guys...kya logic hai iske peeche...me atleast unable to understand the logic behind this

Sameer might think once Indira goes out of sharma nivas then he can convenience other people easily to sell the house to him..

Radhe told sameer that house is on her mothers name but no one can sell the house without Indira's permission.

yeah preeti finely agree u...woh indu se shaadi karke apne wash me..yani pyaari pyaari baatein karke samjha lega.but thats nt possible
agar indira sameer ke haath me he toh ghar bhi uske haath me.
woh kaise ab uss sameer ko hi sochne do😆😆

he might make Indira sell the house to him...at low or no price...and once indira gives consent, so will kutumb who is just waiting to sell the property...
