What punishment should Ahem get for mistreating Gopi?

I was just wondering i know Gopi will forgive Ahem on the dot,making it more shameful for Ahem but what punishment should he get?

Okay,personally im a softie so im still deciding😆

But other Saathians,what do you think?

Before making a conclusion,lets take a look at the old,moody,arrogant,man on man Modi and remnd ourselves how he treated our Gopi:

Ok Chika.. That is a very hard question to answer. That too if Ahem completely realizes what he has done.

1. I do not think there is a bigger punishment than his guilty conscience. He will as you say be humbled by Gopi's forgiveness. And will for sometime loath himself for his mistakes.

2. Ahem is not Rashi. He has a conscience and so when he realizes that he made Gopi go through fire for no fault of hers he will not be able to meet his own eyes.😭 Ahem prides for being correct all the time. This time his pride will be shattered.

The one other thing (main thing) that stops me from thinking of bigger punishments for him is Gopi herself. If Ahem hurts Gopi hurts double. She cannot see Ahem in pain and she will feel for him twofold. So why torture her more..

Maybe we take the easy way out and say that for every one of those things he made Gopi go through he doubly loves her and shows her that he loves her and makes her feel precious... There not exactly a punishment but it serves all our purpose.. A win win situation 😉

chikaji/devarji... prayashchit is the best punishment for a sin...

so my ahemji's repentance and consciousness of his doings is a punishment enough for him...

i can't be harsh on him... his wife is no less a good girl ... she is a secret spy LOL😆
