Shashi-Sumeet Mittal is coming up with their next unique concept on Zee TV in the form of Punar Vivah,where two individuals come together due to unexpected circumstances and get married.
The latest we hear is that Leena Jumani who was last seen in Zee TV's Chhoti Si Zindagi will play the parallel lead in the show. She will play one of the important characters in the show.
We contacted Leena who confirmed the news, "Yes I am playing the parallel lead, Paridi, in Punar Vivaah. Paridi is a Radio Jockey, a mix of modern and simple girl. She is modern in looks but simple in nature. And then how she gets married and her life changes is what the story is about. The character is very positive."
Leena will play Gurmeet Choudhary's younger brother's girlfriend who then gets married.
