Fireworks started from the beginning of the episode, Kokila had the chip on her shoulder the size of her head, she carried taunting Aham, he doesn't want the prasad she said, Aham told Gopi if you have give me, then she criticises him it's not mithai (because she feels his had already at the mandir)...gosh all because she wants to know everything what he is doing before hand and if he spends time with Gopi must only be by the permission of the mother

Then she made huge fuss about going to the cinema etc, finally Baa talked her into it, she couldn't see that everyone else was excited about going, Baa was excited she asked for some lipstick 😆, Hetal too was excited, felt for Gopi she was making Teple to eat in the cinema...she didn't know you couldn't take food from home, but it was all very exciting her first trip to the cinema...the Rag brothers finished they colony meeting early and rushed over to the cinema to join the family too, so all were excited except Kokila wanting to spoil everyone else's time.

She tells Rashi move from where you are sitting, next to Jigar give that place to Chirag, then she tells her don't eat chewing gum then she didn't watch the movie the whole time she's looking for Goham and even gets up to go to them, when she eventually sees them to ask if Aham was calling her, and now that she has made the walk over, Aham you go sit with the others I will sit next to Gopi, she's so frightened of their closeness all of a sudden she wants to butt in...off course Aham was stuck to Gopi's saree/pallu 😛 with his watch or bracelet...he refused 😲

It was great if you look at it from the Goham/Kokila/RaJi dynamics. It was fab.

Wonderful post Nafisa😃

I have to agree,this MAHA episode has got to be the best one yet 😳

Loved Gohem,Goshi and Raji,although Kokila really needs to back off and give the couples som privacy!

I found it absolutely hillarious the way the whole Modi family came to watch the movie😆

I thought it was going to be Raji and Gohem...i thought wrong😳

Yep Nice Nafisa Symbolic aint it he was stuck to Gopi's Pallu and try as she migh mummy could not break thru...how ever I dont quite like the degrading of Koki's charactor...they can do much better...

For now may be focus on Raashi she sorta needs Koki's heavy hand

Great one Nafisa.. I felt Koki was like a little child today. She is angry that her son is not listening to her and her DIL is hiding something and is hence taking it out on everything they are doing😆 She needs to learn to let go a little and trust that her son and DIL have grown now.. But a few things were clear today..

1. Ahem did not have a very enjoyable childhood. He seems to have missed going out for movies and outings.. But he wanted to enjoy . 😃
2. Poor Gopi 😭.. She has never gone to cinema halls and does not know what popcorn is 😭 That Urmi😡..
I am glad that in this process of trying to bring RaJi together, not only are GoHem getting close but they are reliving their missed childhood together..

Did you see how Ahem was surprised when Gopi told him that the popcorn is almost like corn? I think it was one other insight into Gopi for him. He was then pleased that she was enjoying popcorn. He is now realizing subtly that maybe Gopi did not have a great childhood.

Other small things
- Ahem eyes gleamed when Gopi mentioned going to the movies and he specifically told her he will be there with her.
- Hetal immediately understood that Ahem wanted to go out with Gopi. She gave a knowing smile at Ahem when he asked.
- Ahem is very comfortable with Gopi as a wife, He now comes in and asks her about his work files knowing that she would have noticed.
- He likes to touch her and share things with her
-Raashi is just Raashi again. She calls her mom all the time and is greedy that she did not get separate seats even when she was in the corner one
- Jigar is still pissed though he loves Raashi. He was pissed about her urgency in the queue and he was angry when she touched him
-Given money and Raashi, Urmi will choose money🤢

Final verdict.. Awesome episode.👏 Ahem will become the Rebel in a few days. Kokila will corner Gopi and find things out. A confrontation is just around the corner..

Aham was a momma's boy for a long time and Kokila is a total control freak...I remember Naani saying when he was calling for him mum to fix the nada on his pyjama trousers, she told him how long will you hang on to your mother's pallu, and look today, totally symbolic that his traded his mothers pallu for Gopi's...🤣

But also I remember after their wedding in the car, her pallu also got stuck to his bracelet but on that occasion he was able to loosen it, this time it wasn't coming off, perhaps the CV's are showing us that Goham are finally a couple, afterall you tie the knot right? Not to be loosened again.

That's what we were led to believe Raji and Goham were going to the cinema, but we saw the precap that Aham and Gopi had decided to invite everyone, but I like you thought the elders would refuse and let the youngsters go, but I feel all were excited, did you see Baa and the Rag brothers really excited, I suppose it's like an event for them, remembering their young days.

I agree Kokila was too much at home she was fronting and also at the cinema she could just relax and enjoy the film, she wanted to arrange how people are seating, Raji she already split them, then she sees Goham she also goes to split them thank god Aham was stuck to Gopi's pallu, and he was embarrassed for his mum to see that he was stuck to her...😳

So tomorrow continuation of the cinema scenes and possibly a confrontation soon with Aham and Kokila.

Good maha episode, no?
And after a long time spent as cardboard characters, Chirag and Parag did their bit - it seemed like a nice jolly outing.
But what to do with Koki?!
