Ashish[Dheer of SP] with Tisca in movie

The pretty and talented Tisca Chopra can easliy be reckoned as one of the few actors on TV who has done selective work. Though she started off with films, it was television which was her true calling.

Last seen in Manish Goswami's political saga Sarrkkar as Urvashi, Tisca has recently completed Alankrita Srivastav's short film titled Open Doors. It's based on abusive marriages and she is cast opposite Ashish Kapoor (Zee's Saath Phere).

"I met Alankrita when she was assisting Prakashjduring the making of Loknayak Jayprakash Narayan. We got along quite well and our work styles gelled too. So when she approached me with this script I had no second thoughts," says Tisca who has also acted in films like Hyderabad Blues 2 and Cape Karma besides shows like Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki, Sarrkar and Astitva - Ek Prem Kahani on television.
