I totally agree with him. But he has a right to be pissed. He's been constantly snubbed despite solid performances. Awarapan def deserved one. If Akki was nominated for Namaste London that same year then hell ya Emraan deserved one.

And this year he had 2 successful and critically acclaimed performances with Murder 2 and The Dirty Picture. Awards are given to the BEST in terms of acting, why are ppl nominated based on BO. We all know that BO success isn't determined by talent, brilliant performances, or amazing scripts--let the awards represent the films that were truly amazing but ppl didn't watch b/c they were busy watching masala flicks. Let awards represent the underrated performances of this year instead nominating stars that will bring in the ratings.

I wish he hadn't taken names since his career doesn't depend on the A-listers that are nominated and he doesn't suck up to them.

Glad he's boycotting--one more reason for me to NOT watch the awards. The dance performances aren't that great unless Hrithik or Shahid perform and the hosts are usually a Hit or a Miss.

I loved the no-shows list: All of them barring Salman are actually deserving of awards IMO.

I feel like what Abhi says it's true. When an actor wins an award, he says that the most deserving person won but when he loses an award, he says the undeserving won.

I love Emraan. I wish he didn't say anything about these awards, I know it's bad...I'm talking about bad editing btw...lol they always use one clip like millions of times

I don't think I'll be watching this season of awards unless some drama happens or dp decides to go there...lol

He is a good actor and has done some good movies. Has he ever been nominated or has won any awards?

Well if Salman wants to be paid for performing then I don't see why Emraan shouldn't be paid for it.

Never won, but nominated for Murder, Gangster, and OUTIM. He's only been nominated for a Filmfare twice, which technically are the only ones that count. He's been snubbed quite a few times, especially when he's given hit films and hasn't been nominated.

I feel that all the Indian awards are rigged totally. The only real awards are the oscars and grammys.

Even the Indian award shows are edited and not live like the oscars n grammys. Its such a shame. Let the people vote or an outside jury not one who is paid $$$ to give certain stars awards and besides its alway the same actors and actresses winning. Why can't they have different people win like the oscars. Ugh😡
