What do you think will happen in Kareena?

I think that Tushar will be in need of blood or something and Karu will be the one who will have to help him. Or the story will now focus on Karu and Prem becoming close, and Tushar realizing it is too late for hiim and Karu to be together. Who knows? Kahani Mein Twist!
