My First Trek

I discovered my adventurous streak when when I was about 13 years old. My first attempt at trekking was to scale the wall of my school building, while my mother, a teacher in the same school, cheered me on.
My first major hike was up Snow Mountains in Manali, which was an awesome experience. I managed to hold on to this interest for mountaineering till I was 17. The last time I convinced someone to go trekking with me was during the shooting of the film Swades.
