Sach ka Saamna' season 2 did not attract AUDIENCE

Life Ok the new entertainment channel from Star is airing Sach Ka Saamna season 2 from 18th December 2011. The show was very successful when it was first aired in 2009; it continued to be the high rating show till its 50 episode with 5 points, which was highest for any reality game show then. This time the theme of the show is 'corruption' which is not attracting much of the viewers and according to the numbers issued the show opened with 0.84 points and has further dropped to 0.4 points, despite of very interesting episodes where the contestant almost admitted all the corrupt activities they indulged into.

The anchor of the show Rajeev Khandelwal, did not believe in numbers and rating of the show. He said TRP is not everything for a show and it cannot be structured around it, but gives much priority to Audience reaction which means a lot to him. He knew many people who have waited for the second season of Sach Ka Saamna to be aired and follow the show religiously. His wife is among the well wishers and said she admires the way I handle the contestants and make them feel comfortable to speak out the truth.

He added there would be lot of people who would ask for more once this season gets over. He said one cannot survive with truth buried in his/her heart and wants to speak out the truth and this show is the best medium for such people.
