hello friends

i am new to this forum. but i am active in other hindi serial forums. i have doubt about one thing here unlike other forum . here only i can see updates and one or two topics are discussed, but when you look at other forum after each episode there might be more than 10 topics were discussed, and new videos will also be updated.
so why its not happening in this forum are there any restrictions for not to open new topics to discuss about the episodes?
