Depends what you consider muscular. Does he look like he takes steroids? No. Does he look like he works out - hells yeah.

In one of the interview Telly Tadka I think he says he is endomorph body type, he doesn't gain weight easily and loses muscles fast. He was very thin i think I saw some pics on Google images. Now he has built some muscles. He is not a highly muscular guy like KSG but I prefer leaner and fitter personality compared to bhari shareer.
