A pre-nuptial agreement is a legal contract that a couple signs before marriage basically stating specific things like who gets what if they divorce, who keeps how much money, etc. That way, during a divorce, one side can't sue the other for their money or something else not stated in the pre-nup.

As for the details, at the end of Thursday's episode, in the preview for today, they showed Angel talking to a marriage counselor who was saying something about pre-nuptial agreements & then they showed Angel with an evil look as usual.

Not marriage councellor but a middle-class mercenary B**** friend of Angel who screwed up a life-long hubby thanks to the Pre-nup.

If my husband put forth a pre-nup in front of me, I'd tell him to go find him a business partner.

A marriage is an emotional relationship, it's not a business deal. If you walk into a marriage with the idea that it may go sour one day, then you should avoide that marriage to begin with.
