Sorry I didn't understand your question much but I can tell u what happened prior to the accident.

Kesar finds out that Abhishek isn't her son but Abhi's and Kadambari's and that the girl she adopted is in actual fact her own daughter because kadambari swapped the kids around. So Kesar decided to go and tell Rudr this so he can return Abhishek so she can return him (abhishek) to Harman I hope that this helps :)
