i haven't really understood why disha wanted a idol of lord ganapathi?

she has alredy got a chain with ganapahti picture as told by azuba .

Isn't god present everywhere and no one see him ,this is something known to everyone ,then why idol?

instead of idol disha should have asked vedanth to bring dk or dk's photo.

I agree jingle, Disha behaves sometimes so strange and foolish although she considers herself as Dk's wife but still refused to have her surname as Sehgal and asked to call her only Disha to the inspector. I cant understand her behaviour. She says she will die without DK but at the same time she wo'nt even have his surname.

Regarding Ganpati's idol, I suppose that Guhas wants to show to Kanchan that Disha is very religious type and has big faith in Bappa and to show this to the inspector, a locket is not enough. Guhas must show her standing in front of this idol and praying so that Kanchan changes her views about her.

My dear when the jeeta jagta DK could not help Disha 😡, what will DK's photo do to her.

I am Lord Ganesh Bhakt and so thought of sharing this. I am sure u and most of us know about this.

Lord Ganesh Means:

Vignaharta - Destroyer of All Obstacles.

Ekdanth -Icon of Knowlegde and Wisdom.

Lambodar - Provider of abundance and Wealth.

MangalMurthi - Messenger of Peace and Prosperity.

😆 😛

As u said yeah she had the locket which her Dad give her, but maybe that was not enough 😆😛

Good one jingle............dk's photo would have been more consoling instead of Ganapathi idol..........

even in piya ka ghar.........Rimjhim always had Ganapathi idol with her BUT ........she always experienced hardship.........NOTHING good came her ways........

SIMILARIES..........same writer......

I agree wit Lata as well but In TD as Jingle said it is a diffferent case. In TD Disha should have asked for Dk's photo to console her because God is everywhere! Omnipresent,Omnipotent and Omniscent and if Disha is a true worshipper god would be there for her. As fro DK he doesn't even no where poor Disha is?

i rekon she asked for the idol so that she cud show the inspector that she is a decent girl and not a cold blooded murderer as every1 else sees (except azhuba cos hes cool!) bt i also agree wit the others she shudve asked for a pic of DK but then again she might nt hav wanted to hurt Veds feelings!

i am religious and pray everyday bt as jingle that TD is a diff case it shudve been DK himslf or his pic that disha shudve asked for!

maybe disha didnt use the surname sehgal cos she didn wanna add more disgrace to it or possibly cos she wanted to prove her innocence alone witout such a powerful surname supportin her and influencin her release.

luv

I learnt in my Sanskrit classes the various names of the Hindu panthoen (from the Amarakosa, the lexicon, which we had to learn by heart). I learnt the reason behind the names too.

Ekdant meant one tooth, or this case, one tusk, Lambodar meant long lips, or in this case, trunk. These were the names by which the devas and the the rest of their ilk addressed Ganesh, after his head was replaced by the first object that came there. I think the other attributes that Lata ascribes are more popular.
