@bold i was also like this. though i wore skirts & liked them but still not v.girly type. my younger sis used 2 wear bangles, dupattas etc. in childhood but i never liked 2 wear all this stuff. and wen i was v.young may b in 2nd or 3rd or less i went 2 my grandparents village my grandmother took me 2 village jeweller 4 piercing my nose & ears by saying that i'll get the "burfi" made by village "halwai. and i did eat that "burfi" but the moment i saw the needle i ran back 2home.😆😆 and my grandmother always teased me 4 this till she lived(may her soul RIP)!!but wen i got in 6th std my mom made me get pierced my ears & nose. i didn't want nose 2 b pierced but cudn't do but bcoz of me resistance it got pierced a bit low than usual!!😆😆😆

hahahah!! ROFL... exactly my case!!!

however when my ears were pierced i was very small may be 4 yrs or so when one day my Grandma took me to that place... i don't rem much as i was very small but yeah She tells me and as far as i rem that i didn't cry which was a huge matter of shock!! just a bit of flowing tears and nothing else... My mom didn't even know abt it cuz she used to pamper me so uch that she was literally afraid of the pain i'll have to bear... and my granny knew it so did it by herself.. when i was back with my pierced ears, my mom was like "what!!!!! she didn't cry at all??" and i was smiling.. [this is what the childhood pics, mom and granny says]

and for my nose... thankfully they didn't do it then cuz after i grew up... i never did it!!! all are requesting me even now,,,, but still I love my unpierced NOse!!😆 My mom has accepted that fact and never forces me for that!!! ahahahaha.. However granny abhi bhi... full try par lagi huyi hai!! 🤣

yaar i must say we have a lot of similarities!!
