Charlie is Ivy herself...whom the guy shud call when the girl herself is prerending to be Charlie..😳...but hez sorta stuck too...he has no proof to her real identity...
I guess Dan was meant for Serena from the very strt of the show nd theyr returning to their story too...maybe m wrong...the creatives can do nethng seriously !!!
