Please don't think this is Jeevika bashing as it certainly is not. Am just having a couple of issues understanding what exactly the creatives have in mind here:
1) The only other person, Jeevika seems to have a problem communicating with after Dadaji and Badi Maa (understandable) is Viren. Yes she gives him the come-ons and the eye glows, but, when does she speak to him. The best thing she has done impromptu has been the hug. She did not even show concern when he was sneezing away to glory, yet, you show her taking food for Virat even when his real mom or foster mom did not. The only animated conversation she has had has been about Maanvi. Come on Creatives, one nice conversation, however small, about their likes their dislikes, their dreams... not too much to ask is it?
2) I have a big issue with Jeevika not being concerned enough - yes, getting Maanvi parceled to her might have made her forget for sometime - with the gravity of Viren being shot at?? How can she continue with the birthday charade, without even a word of concern to Viren? Creatives? The man who has been worshipping her - and she is aware of it - may have lost his life, and, you show that the woman does not even want to convey her concern??
These are just my thoughts, many of you might disagree, and rightly so...

thanks for replying. exactly. Really felt let down. Actually made Jeevika seem very shallow. Yeah, along with the swamini and dadaji bits, maanvi was a tad bit over the top too...

Finally, someone who psoted this sorta topic or I was about to start one! This is nothing against Jeevika, I love her to bits and that's why we're here in this forum to discuss all about the show, but her carelessness about Viren irks me like anything. I mean..Viren has just wished her..brought her the cake, showered her with flowers, and all she had to say was that she misses Maanvi?

Those are couple of valid points u hv brought up in regards to Jeevika. I totally agree that she should've shown some wifely concern... especially when he was sick/sneezing. I am sure it would've been much welcome... esp. From our chichora king 😆 . Even now, with the danger of him getting shot at and her being FULLY aware of it. A possessive Jeevika would be interesting to see 😊

As for Maanvi, I think the general consensus is that she was little too much OTT in monday's epi. 😕

Btw... I had this whole bit abt Maanvi typed up in this comment, but I deleted it coz it was sounding too much like a Maanvi rant when this topic was abt Jeevika. 😛

agree...she should hv tlked to viren and the family...on why they hv hidden such a big thng frm her...
tht guy went all the way to rishikesh to get ur sis for u...putting his own life in danger...
i don't question jeevika's feelings for manvi...coz both the sisters do share the most amazing and unique bond...but jeevika should realize tht viren holds a very important place in her life..

i hope she tlks to him abt tht soon...maybe in 2day's episode

@junebuggy: actually don't have an issue with Jeevika being more fond of Maanvi at the moment. It is only right. Its early stages. Viren will slowly but surely make his important place in her heart. The issue I had is with the absolute lack of concern! Even a girl who doesn't have the world's most perfect hunk as a husband, would show much, much more concern and caring than what Jeevika has until now...

he went to her after he sensed her discomfort, he went to her after he gave his wife the thing she wanted, jeevika on the other hand places manivi above her relation, i sometimes feel her love is also cox that he accepts mannu mainly. had he placed more imp on his bua relation there would been no manvi here.
yeh duniya ki phlei behnain tou nhn hain, agreed sis bond is what the serial is about ,but really after crying bucketso n his safety not a word after your sister comes.
for vaderas let me put it simply after marriage their adarsh son hid the incident, biwi ke lie jaan ki fikar kare begair went to get sis, for them his safety is more imp than jevi mannu reunion. and the sis comes and her behaviour is really irksome.
so for me jeevika needs to do more actually to make the marriage work.
