BCCC Evicted Colors for Sunny Leone's stay at Bigg Boss

Although Colors has assured the self-regulatory industry body Broadcasting Contents Complaints Council (BCCC) that the contract of Indo-Canadian po*n star Sunny Leone will be terminated if she does not stop promotion of the channel or Bigg Boss 5 on her website, the matter is far from over.

A BCCC source told indiantelevision.com that the reply of the channel would be placed before the chairperson of BCCC, Justice KL Shah, and other members to take a final view. The source did admit, however, that there was no vulgarity in the daily reality show which is to be wind up in about two weeks.

In this case BCCC is going completely over the top. They have absolutely no basis to go after Colors for simply having the show. Sunny has not used the show to promote po*n. In fact her outfits have been more decent than some other people.

Her only crime is being a bitch and ridiculous sati savirti nautanki, if thats a crime then take Ekta Kapoor shows off air please.

In terms of legality, I actually think Colors is overreaching by asking her not to promote Big Boss on her site. If they don't want a contestant to discuss their show or channel - then they ought to shut up PB, and all past contestants who blog, tweet the show and shut down the PR machines of everyone else on the show.

BCCC...gone crazy...what behaviour has sunny shown on this show that would be deemed as promoting po*n?...would a girl who is creating hoohaa...over the kissing of a hand or being lifted up in a task...be termed as promoting po*n?...if anything she has demoted po*n😆

It is HER twitter account. She is not using her screen time or Big Boss sites. Moreover her twitter is not for Big Boss followers exclusively, it is for people from all across the world who are interested in following a po*n star.

People have CHOICE to follow or not follow her tweets. People KNOW what a po*n star does. People still have FREE WILL to not go to her site. Simple as that. I could see the legal objection if she said check out my site on Big Boss, but she does not even say go to my twitter account on Big Boss. If someone actively seeks her on Twitter, they knew what they were doing. Lets not pretend they are all coy and innocent people.
