the way manju cried on the road clearly proves this

i agree that punni has really become like a prostitute

but sulo & archu wer very much at fault during vaishu's case ... i agree that vaishu's case was much different than punni ... but still ... somewhere both cases have 1 common thing ... a rich man!!!

during dharshali wedding ... dharmesh broke his marriage at last moment & propsed vaishu ... & sulochana was standing & smiling ... she had no worries that a man who is breaking his marriage at last moment ... how will he treat her daughter in future ... i cant blame vaishu there ... a middle class girl... will definitely get attracted by the wealth ... but sulo shud had some sense ... she was way too happy that after satish she can suck 1 more rich murga

& the way archana-sulochana pushed vaishu in marrying dharmesh again ... that was also a type of selling urself off ... vaishu was educated ... if archana cud get job ... vaishu cud had also easily got a job ... & satish was always there to help her out in terms of job ... but this sulo & her all 3 daughters always wanted fokat ka paisa ... cant a single mom raise her child alone ... wat was the need of a bigamist ... vaishu shud had some self respect ... todays women can do anything ... so wat is the need of useless symbols like mangalsutra & sindoor ... wen ur husband is not worth it

& watever archana did was at cost of a poor , helpless , laachaar woman like madhuri

punni has almost become a prostitute ... & sulo-archu had made vaishu also the same ... though the inensity was little less ... but ultimately vaishu also sold her off

manjusha was atleast crying so badly ... archu & sulo must have celebrated with champagne when vaishu had sold her off & when madhuri got barbaad ... !!!

Very good post prasad, I agree completely. Manju is way bettr then Archu and Sulo, she also has much better sanskaars.

Sulo too had a daughter who went out on an affair with her boss, and that was probably Sulo's teachings to her daughter. She wanted her daughters to get married to rich men. If Savita is greedy for money, Sulo was too.

Manju was sad when her daughter sold herself off, she didn't raise her kids this way. And as Varsha Di had said, Archu meddled in Vinod- Manju's life too much, so Manju's anger and hatred wa justified there. I hope Manju gives back Archu real good for saving her.

Vandu was always a good vahini to Archu, in fact she never stopped doing vahini jaap, she went against Shravani and Savita only for Archana, and because of Archana she has to get beaten up so much by Ajit.

Archu and Sulo only pushed Vaishu in marrying Dharmesh because they wanted Dharmesh's money. Sulo was always greedy for rich daamads, but Savita is totally fine with Ajit whether rich or poor.

That What Punni did is a kind of Selling one's virtue for MONEY and is gonna be looked at negatively as Punni is unmarried but what Vaishu did...legalizing her marraige with a bigamist only so she can get FINANCIAL SECURITY for herself and her child is equally a SELLING PROCESS for womankind ...infact it is even more shameful as it was done under the name of SANSKAARS ...isn't this what ur trying to say dear ? That this LEGAL SELLING was blessed by Sanskari Sulo and Archana the heir of her sanskaars ...?

vaishu's case was more horrible ... she had been cheated by dharmesh ... yet instead of teaching him lesson ... archana pushed her into going & staying with dharmesh again ... & sleep with him ... so that he showers his money on sulochana at times ... & this was done at the cost of madhuri ... so it was more disgusting

atleast in punni's case there was no cheating by mittal ...so going & again sleeping with a man who had cheated u ... this doesnt come only into picture ... & besides this is not being done at his wife's cost ... she definitely has strong place in his family & life ... she is not vulnerable like madhuri

i loved when manju showed archana her true level ... i want even others to follow suit ... & i really want savita to bash up archana very badly in future when she will start planning to interfere in manav & daughers's lives

And here I suppose u mean that at least in Punni's case Malik was not cheating her like Dharmesh cheated Vaishali ...Malik was frank and upfront about his intentions ...fun in exchange for money ...and in this whole process , Malik's wife was not being sacrificed at the gullotine like Madhuri was .

So among the two evils , this was by far the lesser evil of the two . Vaishali married a man who was not upfront about his intentions but had cheated her , and she did it at the cost of another woman with a cancerous child and one in her womb ...and ultimately it was for MONEY

I liked ur parallel . Even I had not thought of this POV 😆😆😆

In fact seldom do I reply to such controversial topics. But here I dare to. I understand what Vaishali did with Sulo-Archu support was unacceptable. She could have led an independent life, considering Archu with almost no education can do that time and again. But what you and Prasad have posted here is giving some negative signals, which I would like to post here.

What your post says is

Hi SD, I don't think Kool Di said anything wrong, she didn't say that it is good to sell yourself for money or job, she said a girl trying to compromise with a bigamist was as bad as selling yourself for money.

As for #2, even I think MAnju is far better than Archu, not just because she cried but because Manju is a way better wife and mother. Archu hasn't once cared about her daughters but Manju raised her children very good and she didn't raise Punni to have affair with married man, these kind of things is what Archu would raise her daughter to do, and Varsha also went out an affair with her married boss, Manju had rightly pointed that out. I hope I didn't offend you at all and will let Kool Di answer your question as well😊
