what will a doctor teach to TOEFL students?

Dear Fellow BALHians,

If the doctor is Ram's mum and she is coming to mumbai to give a guest lecture for TOFEL students, then can anybody tell me what she is going to lecture them about?.

it's just a perception that she may take toefl classes...she may take classes on how students neglect health by sleeping at odd hours n over studying...like that(just assuming)...

I am really confused bcos Tarana's (Neha's real mom) is Ram's real mother in this serial but i feel she is from australia how can she b in Goa and Ape in Australia buddies its really confusing do not know what to predict anyway lets hope for the best but somehow the fight between RAYA should b little bit slow and few lovable and feelingwali scenes more pls

but apeksha is thrown out of india at the time rams marriage.and even for ram marriage she came from outside of india.

dose it mean -apeksha and her mother live separately??

I think it's a coaching center for different subjects where Priya takes Toefl classes otherwise what other subject there are other than English??

i remember when Ape met Priya for the 1st time she said she is from Aussie but other city..

and i really didn't liked this woman as Ram's mother..sorry
