It is solely because of Jaipur's picturesque locales that the city has become a hit with both the filmmakers and showmakers. When we caught up with S Farhan, producer, " Beendh Banunga Ghodi Chadhunga", who was in the city recently, he shared with us the reason for opting for Jaipur as the setting for his show. "The show's story revolves around a Marwari family based in the city. We opted for Jaipur for a romantic setting. I believe, no city is as or even more romantic than Jaipur. Hence, we had to be here for the shoot," he said. While actors Nausheen Ali Sardar and Saahil Chadha shot at Khatu Shyamji, Jaishree Venketaramanan and Naman Shaw were busy shooting for an entire day at Albert Hall, Rajmandir, Jal Mahal, Bapu Bazaar and Johri bazaar.

All about work and fun
Going by the script, actors Jaishree and Naman, who have recently got married in the show, have to make the most of their visit to the city. Hence, it is vital for them to roam about in Jaipur. "We had to shelve the idea of including a camel ride sequence and had to opt for a horse ride instead. Interestingly, the horse rdie makes the shot look more romantic," informs Farhan, adding, "Mumbai mein zyada problem hoti hai.

Shooting here is a cakewalk." But the minute the locals got to know about the shoot at the Albert Hall, people in huge numbers flocked to the venue to catch a glimpse of their favourite TV stars.

After shooting in the city, the cast and the crew headed to Khato Shyamji. "The family members believe firmly in Khato Shyamji. Therefore, we decided to shoot a sequence with Nausheen and Saahil at Khato Shyamji," shares the producer.

Saahil said that he feels blessed to have shot at the location. "Khatu Shyamji carries great importance in the show. hence, we couldn't have missed it," he says. The actor also told us that since the plot suggests that the family is on the verge of a split, it was imperative for the cast to go to Khato Shyamji."

It's a yes to Jaipur Marathon

The actors may have been in the city to shoot, but before leaving for Mumbai, we were informed that the cast agreed to participate in the Jaipur Marathon, which will take place in January next year. "When we approached the actors for their participation, they were excited and immediately gave a nod," says Mukesh Mishra, CEO, Jaipur Marathon, adding, "Besides Jaishree and Naman, Saahil and Nausheen will also be participating in the marathon."
