So this will be the last part I will update epilogue tomorrow..thank you very much for joining in with me and share Maaanee't journey...you know no idea how much this all means to me...

Chapter 34
Maan looked at Geet smiling after a long time...maybe things were going to be better from now on...Ever since yesterday, he noticed that she had been avoiding him. They would be in the same room but she would not look at him...Now, he stood near the kitchen doorway..watching her cook..Ayush came up from behind...tugging him on his pant..Maan bends down...playfully punches his nose...Geet looks at both of them...
Ayush: Papa teach me how to box...please
Maan; Why?
Ayush: I want to learn...please...
Maan: umm okay..but you will not do any of the moves on anyone..
Ayush: okay...(Maan looks at Geet..she turns around avoiding his eyes...)
Maan: Lets go outside...
Ayush: okay...mom bring out lunch outside...
Maan; yeah..mom bring lunch outside..(he winks at Ayush and takes him out...)
Geet stood there shocked...did they really leave her alone and order her? She sighs and quickly makes lunch...she puts the food on the tray for them...she places the tray on the table to call them for lunch...she stood there looking at both of them fighting...
Maan: okay Ayush...now when you have..
he looks toward where Geet was standing thinking she is there but doesn't see her..Ayush tugs on his hand. Maan looks at him with a smile..Geet quickly hides when she saw Maan looking where she was standing...she was feeling shy and weird in front of him ever since last night...she just can't look at him without her heartbeats increasing..she peaked out again when she heard him speaking...
okay so now...ohh let me get some water...I will teach you what to do when...(he pulls Geet out..she looks at him shocked...Ayush starts laughing..Maan puts both of her hands behind her back...) what to do when we have an intruder...(Geet looks at Maan from over the shoulder..when he talks to Ayush...)
first you hold both the hands behind the back like what I have done...(his fingers slightly graze her back.making her shiver...she tried getting out of his grip but he holds her tighter and closer...)
then you hold the person tightly like this..(He puts his other arm around her waist...) holding the person tight so that he doesn't escape...(he presses her closer to him...he lets go of her hands behind her back but was now moving his fingers all over her back...Geet looks at him with pleading eyes...)
Ayush: But what if the person tries to hit me?
Maan: Good question...then you would...spin the person...make the person face you like this...(He presses her stomach and holds her one hand before spinning her out of the grip...Geet looks at him..she tried to move back but couldn't..) Now when the person is facing you..you can easily punch the person like this...(Geet looks at him with fear...she closes her eyes..Maan smirks and kisses her cheek..Geet opens her eyes...Ayush claps while laughing...) I can't really hit your mom now...who will feed us? (he winks at Geet before going to pick up Ayush...)
Ayush: nice lesson dad...mom feed me..I am hungry
Maan: How about we feed each other? Come Ayush I will feed you. (he holds her hand..he sees Geet she was still standing..he holds her hand and tugs her..she looks at him and quietly follows him to the table...)
After lunch, Geet clears the table...Ayush goes to do his homework...Maan helps Geet clear the table...he sees that she near the sink washing dishes...he goes and stands right behind her..Geet stops washing dishes when she felt his presence behind her...Maan puts his arms around her...tangling his fingers with hers...
Maan; Geet...you haven't said anything to me since last night...what is your decision? Do you trust me enough to give me another chance? (he slowly turns her around..she kept her head down..he makes her look at him...) hmm Geet...(Geet just hugs him...) I promise Geet..this will be the last time you shed any tears...(He wipes her tears away...) But I gotta tell you one thing Geet...(she looks at him confused) I am not an easy person to live with..(She laughs with tears...he goes down on one knee and takes out a ring...she looks at the ring with tears...)
Geet I know what I have done in the past cannot be undone..but I will work on our future..I will make you forget your past...I want to spend the rest of my life with you Geet...I want to wake up with your smile, I want to be there for Ayush..prove myself to you...you once asked me tum meri kaun ho..I want the world to know how lucky I am to have you in my life, my Geet...without I am nothing Geet..I want everyone to know that Ayush is my kid and you are my wife...
Will you marry me Geet?
Geet (goes down on her knee and holds Maan's hand with the ring...) Yes...I will Maan...I can't live without you Maan...all these years, there was not a day that went by when I didn't remember you...after coming here to Delhi, seeing you again, made me realize how much I need you...the love that I buried deep inside my heart was awaken again but it took me long to say it to you...
Maan: No Geet...you had every right to deny me...I was stupid to let you get out of my life...I let my anger and revenge get the best of me..but believe me when I say this Geet..I have have changed...I will never think of hurting you or Ayush..I would rather get hurt then seeing you both in pain...I would rather die thousand deaths just to see you guys happy...(he takes her hand and places the ring on her..) I love you Geet...
Geet: I love you too Maan...
Maan was about to kiss her when someone clears their throat..both move away from each other and turn their face away in embarrassment...Dadima was standing there a smirk. She had come to meet Geet but what she heard made her happy. She was glad that finally both sorted out their differences and was going to start their life again.. together... Geet stands up and knots her dupatta while Maan goes outside...Dadima goes near Geet...she makes Geet look at her...Dadima takes out her gold bangles and places on Geet's arm...
Dadima: I never got the chance to give this to you before but now I want to fulfill all the responsibilities...Geet don't consider me as your Dadima but as your mother...(Geet hugs her...) No more crying now..I want to see only smile on your face...you both have gone through so much I just hope you both move on without any hurdles...come...we have to tell everyone the news...
Geet looks down shying away...Dadima smiles..) Okay I will go tell everyone the news...we have to prepare for your both wedding...(Dadima leaves...Maan hides when he saw Dadima leaving..he smiles...Maan comes into the kitchen and clears his throat...Geet looks at him and turns around..he wraps his arm around her waist..hugging her..she places her hands on top of his...
Maan: Did I tell you before how much I love it when you blush? It makes you look even more pretty...(he turns around..both look at each other with smile...he bends down to kiss her when they heard someone yelling Geet's name..Maan groans and moves back. NT comes and hugs Geet...)
NT: Oh my god..what just Dadima told me..is that true? I can't believe it..we have so much to plan..so much to do...(she looks at Maan..) Maan bhai what are you doing here? You can't see the bride until the day of the wedding...now go..Dev should be coming any minute to take you away..I already told Nakul to move your stuff back into the mansion
Maan: Wait what?! No way I am going to do that...I don't have to listen to anyone
NT: Not even Dadima? Its her orders...she had told me to tell you this...if you have any problems take it up with her...not me...(she holds Geet's hand) come Geet bhabi..you will not do anymore house work...we have to go shopping, make preparation, guests list everything..come we can't waste anymore time...Dadima called Punditji already...she wants you to be there too...come lets go
Maan: but NT
NT: Sorry you have to talk with Dadima...lets go..
Maan: Wait a minute..(He looks at NT with anger) all this is not necessary...I will talk to Dadima..
Dadima; Talk to me about what? (She came with Dev who looked at him with a smile)
Maan; Dadima what is all this? All this arrangements are not needed
Dadima: Maan I know what I am doing...now go and do what NT said to you
Maan: But
Dadima; Dev take him away (NT and Geet giggled looking at him feeling helpless. Maan gave all of them an angry look. Ayush came out of the room hearing all the noises outside)
Ayush: What is going on?
Dadima; Nothing bete..listen come here..will you do Daidma a favor?
Ayush: Yes..
Dadima; keep an eye on your dad..make sure that he doesn't come near your mom
Ayush (confused) Why?
Dadima; Because if you do then I will buy you a new camera..
Ayush (happy) really?
Dadima; Yes but only if you do what I asked you to do
Ayush: okay...(he holds Maan's hand..) come dad...lets go
Maan; But
Ayush: no come...(he drags him away with Dev...)
