It was a very sweet and memorable experience for me. Last month I was in London, and much to my surprise there was a huge crowd waiting outside my hotel and they were yelling Saloni, my screen name in Saat Phere. Suddenly, a very old lady approached me and handed me a red rose. She had come all the way from Holland to meet me. She said I reminded her of her daughter. All this brought tears to my eyes.

There is this lady who keeps calling me and gives me advice. She is so into my show, Saat Phere, that she has to call me regularly and advise me on my reel-life behavior. She is very sympathetic that I always get vamps for wives (the first one being in Kaahin Kissi Roz). When I explained to her that I am only negative on-screen, she suggested that I speak to the channel and ask them to make my character positive.
