News channels must be more responsible!

Firstly thank you Mods for closing that topic. This will help in reducing missunderstandings. Y'day nite they were showing that "Neha Kakkad ( of II series 2) has died and then they said she is safe. These ppl should give proper news.!!!

i am sorry if my post has disturbed ya (it obviously has) but i was juss telling what i saw on T.V. it is not my fault.

Yup def, this is the case of a death..something very serious and tragic. Such confusions are agonising. 😕

if News channels can mess up with such a serious issue, it is really difficult to believe the correctness of any news they show us...most of the times they are trying to sensatinalise the news...

I was so shocked & were changing the channels I have NDTV AAjtak times now !! I dont have zee news & star news !!!

What ever you heard you wrote and that too with a good intentions.

Vaibhavi, I too fell into this. I switched on Star Plus and the first thing they showed in the morning was about Neha Kakar. It was so horrible. I too did not want to believe it but Neha is from Delhi too. They both share the same name, if the news channels would have put up some photograph of hers since the clips were not clear none of us would be so upset or if they shared some sort of information of the family, we would have all got our doubts cleared.


What disturbed me the most this girl was lying there for 20 minutes, till she got some help and the people were taking her MMS clips. This was so bad 🤢 especially since her clothes were not proper. 😡

thats so bad & not tolerable...didnt police catch these people 😡😡😡
