Hi friends,

How many of you know about http://friends2support.org ? It is a website where you can register if you want to donate blood and also find blood of required group in no time. It has more than 85,000 registrants from all over the country. It is in several news channels too. So if somebody needs blood, they can contact the persons immediately through their contact info, including phone number available.

I thought this is an important message, which I should convey to you all - and this is the right time too as our poor Gopi need O- blood. Hope CVs show this too to enlighten about friends2support to more people all over the country, and globally too.

That is great!!! But in Germany you have these events every month were you can go to donate your blood. And I go as often as I am allowed to. But thanks for telling. Its very important to donate your blood if you are allowed to as we have seen in today's epi somebody's loved one needs it!!!

Great post, it's true something we generate easily and naturally, replaceable within us, we should donate it and save someone's loved one, even here in the UK every year there is a government campaign on the Telly to get people to give blood as we are connected to each other by our blood groups.

Moreover, getting donors on time is more important as the blood donated goes bad after few months even after storing properly in banks. So it is important to keep restoring the stocks at frequent intervals, or get the donors on time!
