Uttaran completes 3 years
In an era when television serials don't last more than a year, Zee TV's Uttaran completed 3 years yesterday.
The entire unit was gathered on the sets and celebrated it by cutting a cake. We spoke to Tina and Gaurav about the show's achievement.
Tina Dutta aka Ichcha says, "We celebrated it by cutting a cake and having a get-together with the entire unit. Right from makeup dada and sound dada to producers, actors and creative team, everybody related to the show was present. It was nice to have everyone in one place. I thank our audience for such an overwhelming response to the show. Keep showering your love upon us and thank you again."
But what's going to happen next on the show? She says, "Now that Vansh has entered nobody is ready to believe that he is back. While Mai thinks he is the real Vansh, everybody else thinks he is an imposter. In the future episodes, you will know if he's the real Vansh or an imposter. There is going to be a lot of drama."
Gaurav Chopra aka Mr. Rathore also thanked the audience, "TV serials don't last that long anymore. In the past, we have seen how shows would last for 7-8 years. So obviously we feel every proud. I would like to thank all those who watch for their loyalty."
