like 2day's precap they showed dat A-B & shefali - yuv go 2 the same doctor n dat doctor knows everything abt. shefali's false, n when she came to know dat both ladies r from d same family may be she suggest to A-B for dat surroget mother idea. n may be shefali accept it due 2 two reasons first to help arjun-bhoomi n second for herself dat if she accept dis offer den nobody knows abt her false. its just a thought which instantly came in my mind..
