Health Alert for Sara Khan

Alls not well with the petite actress Sara Khan's health. She has been in and out of the hospital in the last few months. Again during the recently held shoot of Zee Rishtey Awards, she was so unwell that she could barely stand. She was on saline drips the entire day but that did not act as an impediment for her to be a part of the shoot.
