The drama today was a tug of war between the wits of Naina and Rohini.
It starts with the dramatic crossing over the LOC and the sudden jolt Akruti receives from her sister in law, Rohini who pulls her back, and she succumbs to her pressure. Kaka is not aware of what is going on in his daughter's head, and insists that she works for Naina, Rohini objects, he insists, and then the camp followers, trail behind the Demon Queen, and the muddle head, suggests it is better to be united in spite of differences between them, but not allow the plans of outsiders to prevail, and looks at Naina belligerently and Naina pretends that she is disappointed, and taunts Akruti that she is incapable of taking her own decisions, and derisively suggests that she become the Aayah of Rohini.
In between, seeing the two calls he received from his home telephone, Daksh presumes that Naina called him, and calls her back, and Naina does not know the antecedent events. This leaves a chance for misunderstanding between them, making Daksh suspicious of Naina, and she light hearted as ever, taking all that he says, as a joke. This aggravates Daksh more than Naina can fathom.
Rohini finally decides to appoint Akruti as her Ayaah and Kaka starts bickering about the amount she will pay her. Vibha suggests that they all join together in looking after the child, and it is settled. Sanket is presiding over the meeting, with a cup of tea in his hand, and Kaka asks for his share and seeing that it does not come as quickly as he would have liked, taunts Sanket, as after all, he is the President of the House, on whose wallet the Demon Queen rules his palace. His taunts get on the nerves of Rohini and she reacts, but gets snubbed by her Uncle, as often as she dares to open her mouth.
In the evening, Ayee and Baba are in the garden, and Kaka comes there, and he begins his cmplaints about Rohini, and Vibha takes her side, and he finds it unusual for her to do so, when she is trying to take over Then the argument comes about, that Naina wants to divide the house, and Kaka tells them that she has already done it, and what more is there to be done. It is Rohini who creates all the sparks and she will burn down the whole family. Still the only person who is stuck in the mud is Vibha who is bent upon the memory and refuses to accept any good in Naina, even it it is obvious to everyone else.
In the evening when Daksh comes home, Naina wants to tell him all that went on in the house, but he does not show any interest, and then she offers to bring his meal up to the bedroom, where he can rest. Just then she gets a beep on the mobile, and she tells him, that she will attend to his meal shortly, and she rushes to the terrace, where Akruti is waiting for her, and in the beginning she gives the impression that Akruti is angry, but as their conversation progresses, we find that it was all a show to send a false signal to Rohini. But there is some other person on the terrace, whose shadow we see in the silhouette, and it looks like it is Daksh, when Naina thanks Akruti and they feel good at their plan succeeding, and how they have thought of bringing the child in the arms of his grand mother, the person in the shadows drops something like a book or al album and disappears. This alerts the two girls, and they look for the signs of this person but can not be sure who he or she it was.
In the pre cap, Rohini is with Akruti, who is holding her child, and the Demon Queen, rants about Naina, and calling her names, and Akruti listens to her in disgust. When she can not bear it any longer, she turns around and says aloud, "Vahini" which means sister in law. Rohini stops in her tracks.
Today, Kaka is at his best, with glowing dialogs, well delivered ! Happy birthday to Imran Hasnee.

After Akruti and Naina discuss the way they will proceed in uniting the family, they hear a photo frame drop and someone who was eavesdropping on them in the shadows disappears. It does not appear to have been Daksh as he was fast asleep, when Naina went back to the room.
Rohini tries to give instructions to Akruti, and when she starts ranting against Naina, she diverts the topic and suggests that she will take the child out to her room, and Rohini tells her to make him sleep with her in the night.
Naina meets Akruti with the baby, downstairs in the hall where Naina had gone to fetch drinking water, and when Kaka comes they decide to go to the garden, and it is quite late in the evening, the sun has already set. Naina is overjoyed seeing the baby, and then she decides to go up and get Daksh down to play with the child. He comes down reluctantly, not knowing what surprise Naina has in store for him. He too feels quite happy seeing his nephew, and his principles, do not allow him to contravene his mother's feelings and he does not touch the child. Later, Naina persuades him to forget about inane and meaningless orders of his mother and rely on his natural instinct and this makes it easier for him, to carry the child, and he becomes ecstatic seeing the child smiling at him.
Vibha is sitting in deep thought on her bed, and her husband tries to get her out of it. When he points out the unruly way Rohini behaved, she again sides with her, saying that even if she was accused of placing her on her head, Rohini has shown by her action against Naina, that she is truly interested in the affairs of the family. The husband realizes that his wife's mental equilibrium is in a delicate state, so he does not press forward his point, and allows her to go to sleep. From this I suspect, that it was he who was on the terrace listening to Akruti and Naina and their motivation to bring life back into the family, and give the grand child back to the grand mother. How can he broach this subject to this muddle head of a wife he has ?
Sanket is quite relieved that they can have a good sleep, and he wants to go and give a good night kiss to his boy. They then panic when they can not find Akruti, and go hunting all over their side of the LOC and do not find the girl. They find a door open and go to the lawn, and find her there, and Naina and Daksh hide in the bushes. The three of them, plan to go into the house, when Rohini, the Sherlock Holmes of the family can not explain the reason why Akruti was out. She goes in search, and Daksh and Naina go away from the bushes and hide behind a wall, and the roving spy, sees a ear ring and picks it up.
Next she asks Akruti what she was doing in the garden, and she tells her that she wanted to help the child to sleep. Then she takes out the ear ring, and asks whose it is. Akruti does not reply.
In the precap, the Detective Demon Queen goes after Naina and puts penetrating questions to her, but she gets a dull reply, saying that her shouting woke her from a good dream. Then she points out to the ear ring, and pushes it in front of her face and asks her, why this ring was on the lawn. Naina touches her ears, and is surprised that Rohini has found it. But DDQ does not get a direct answer to her question.

Daksh and Naina speak how they escaped narrowly from being detected by Rohini. Suddenly, they hear the loud shouts calling Naina down. The shriek of Rohini brings the rest of the family in the living room, where she strides up and down along the Line of Control, waiting to question Naina, who coolly comes down the stairs. She asks what the furore is about, and Rohini wants to know where she was and she says, that she saw, that she came from upstairs, and in turns asks her why she had to wake her up from her sleep. Rohini takes the ear ring in her fingers and asks her how this ornament happened to be in the lawn. Naina is not ruffled, and calmly tells her, that she did not like these and she threw them away, and if she had searched a little more she would have found the other ear ring as well, and walks away. Rohini is asked to forget about the affair by her mother in law, and her uncle Sridhar, makes fun of her. Naina leaves them and goes to sleep.
She goes to Daksh and tells him about the drama that took place downstairs, and they smile at each other and go to bed. In the morning, Naina meets Akruti on the terrace, and starts a new drama, and Akruti too keeps it up, and when they argue, Rohini comes up and defends Akruti, and tells her not to get entangled with Naina. She tells her that she is going out to meet her friends, and that she should take care of her son when she is away. She reminds her not to take the child out in the open, and to ask her permission before she wants to do anything out of the way. Akruti nods, and she goes away.
Sanket protests with his wife, at her unecessary drama, and she tells him, that it will be fine. He tells her to go out with friends. She calls her friends and they tell her that they want to come home, and have a meal with her. She goes to her Ayee who is in bed, and her husband is tending her. The mother in law is asked by Rohini to prepare meals for her guests, and she gets up to go, but her husband tells her to rest. Rohini does not care what Vibha is going through, she is so self centered, that she is concerned about her own needs. The mother, in order to prove that she still loves her family, gets up and goes to the kitchen with Rohini to discuss what she wants to make for her guests.
In the kitchen, she is instructed and the mother in law like a servant, listens to all her commands, and when she is fed up of peeling the potates, she gives that job also to her mother, and Kaka is again there to make fun of Rohini, and Shyamal just watches how her sister in law is humiliated, yet overlooks everything. Is is obvious, that Naina was much better than Rohni they way she used to treat her, yet Vibha has had a fixation, and she is a prisoner of her own imagination. I would have liked her to have fallen sick, and been taken to the hospital, where Supriya would come to visit her and remove all her misunderstanding, about Naina and Sonakshi. But may be it is a wishful thinking, because in this set up, easy routes are blocked, and uphill circuitous routes are chosen, and the ending is delayed indefinetly.
In the morning at the breakfast table, Daksh leaves without eating his breakfast, and Naina deplores the situation where he is getting angry with her for the least of things, and he tells her that when she will start to understand, they could sit down and discuss, till then he has to mind his work, and he leaves. Actually, the previous night, when they were about to get romantic, Naina had put a break, and told him, that they can not be intimate, until his mother accepts her as her daughter in law even though it is a stupid precondition, especially with such an obstinate woman like Vibha. This becomes a great barrier for Daksh, having to keep his emotions constantly under control, which for a man is much more difficult than it is for a woman. Vibha is watching her son, as he leaves Naina, and as he is about to go, he stares directly at his mother for a long time, very angrily, till she can not bear his stare and she walks away with her catish daughter in law, to prepare the meal for her guests.
In the precap, we see a funny situation in Daksh's office, where a woman has come to see him, dressed in a knee length frock, and a head scarf, with thick spectacles, and when Daksh refuses to see her, she asks if he wants to throw her out, and Daksh looks at her. Who is she ?

Rohini gives instructions to her mother in law, on what and how to cook for her guests. Everything that comes out of Rohini's mouth becomes ammunition for Kaka Sridhar, who has some sarcastic remark to prick Rohini where it hurts most, and she comes out on a rebound trying to inflict as much hurt as he can on him, but it falls on the duck's back, as he saunters along with a swipe at the arrogant woman.
Naina comes to know that Daksh is on the look out for a replacement for his secretary who has left. When she goes down, she sees the flashy ladies, arriving at her house, and Rohini sweeps in a rush, to greet and welcome them. In the height of their excitement, they mistake Akruti for the new Aayah, and Vibha has to clear up the wrong impression, but Rohini shows who is in control, and the mother is told to prepare the refreshments for her guests, and she meekly submits to the order. Shyamal too brings juice to her guests, but is humiliated, for not bringing cold juice, and is sent back to do the job right, as Akruti looks on in disgust. Finally, Rohini orders the two women who tend to her needs, to send the stuff to her room, and she takes her friends upstairs,
Here too, the arrogance has not limit, with the showing off of Rohini, and when the child wets a guest's clothes, Rohini shouts at Akruti, and asks her why she did not put a diaper and she tells her child has a rash, and the child is taken away. Akruti sees her mother and questions why she kept quiet when Rohini was insulting her. It is only her father who can keep Rohini in her place with his sharp tongue, and the rest are meek cows.
In the office, Daksh is interviewing girls for the position of a secretary, and then the peon comes telling him, that there is one more person, but Daksh finds all the applicants have been interviewed. The lady, in a red dress, with her head covered with a scarf, tells the boss not to turn away an old lady, who assures him, that she too can do a fine job for him We all recognize that it is Naina in disguise, but Daksh is made to take time to find that out, but the humor that takes place between them is truly remarkable, and hilarious. It ends when, Daksh sends a call to Naina's mobile and it rings in the bag of the old lady, and she is about to leave, and picks the phone and looks at the caller id, and the scene ends.
In the precap, we see Naina gives a glass of lime juice to her father in law and asks him to give it to his wife, and he when he gives her the glass, she suspects who has prepared it, and asks him, as to who had prepared the juice. The old man, has no answer, but he has always suspected the good intentions of Naina, but when will he come out openly in her defense. How long will he wait, till the muddle in his wife's head will be made clean?

Daksh and Naina are in the office, and he shows her that he knows who she is and they finally hug each other, and he orders Chinese food, but she gets a call from Akruti and rushes home, and tells Daksh that they will see each other at home. Daksh cancels the order for food.
At home Rohini is giving orders right and left, and constantly complains and swings from pretentious kindness, to crass crudity. She resembles the newly rich upstart, who has come up from a low environment, and imitates the attitudes of the rich, from observation, and her companions are equally from similar backgrounds, none give the sense of high breeding or superior manners. These are birds of the same feather trying to flock together to bolsters one another s' egos. We are forced to witness their sham behavior throughout the episode, where the Patwardhan family is meek bystanders, serving the upstart queen whom the mother in law has put on a pedestal, out of her own stupidity, just to spite Naina, and now is becoming a victim of her own actions, and does not evoke any sympathy from the viewer, and definitely not from Kaka Sridhar, who sends his barbs as often as the upstart queen sends her diktats.
In the commotion, Vibha gets a fainting fit twice, and once Naina makes lime juice for her which she gives to her father in law, who reluctantly takes it from her, and gives his wife, and when she asks who prepared it, Akruti saves him, by claiming that it was prepared by her, and she gets a pat on her shoulder from her stupid and melodramatic aunt.
In spite of the comments of Shyamal and her husband, Vibha insists on doing the work for her daughter in law, who in turn treats her so badly in front of her friends, that even they find it odd, but just to be in the good books of this woman, they try to cover up.
Finally, when the turn of the ice cream comes, Vibha drops the tray, and Rohini's precious crockery breaks into pieces, with all the ice cream, and she lets a string of abusive words, that can come from one reared in the gutters of the nearby sllums of Mumbai. All the while, Naina quietly observes her show, and is determined to put Rohini in her place.
As all this is going on, the victims just tolerate the bread winning queen, whose husband is at work. It is the stupid mother who has blocked her other son from helping her family, even though her husband has retired, and her brother in law has no income. They expect some charity towards his daughter who has volunteered to do the Ayaah work, out of a hidden motive.
As Sanaket sees his sick mother, cleaning the floor, of the ice cream and broken crockery, under the supervision of his wife, he gets angry, and questions her, as to what she is up to.

In nature, there are seasons, and change of weather. It is never always hot, or always cold. The Maker of this Universe is the wisest in arranging it in such a way, that when the seas get hot, the water evaporates and becomes clouds, and the breeze flows from cold regions to hot regions, and moves the clouds to the hills, where it becomes rain, and the grass turns green, and the rivers flow. The constant change brings harmony in nature, and the people who live in it. Good writers should learn from this nature, in writing their stories, but we are given to one track story, where it is either continuously stormy and hot, or it is depressingly cold. SSBN, was like the natural phenomena, at the start of the serial, but now it looks that it has succumbed to global warming, and we are having a regular spell, of bad weather. Wonder when it will start raining once again and the environment will revert to harmonious existence.

As Vibha is cleaning the floor, the friends of Rohini watch her humiliation, and keep quiet. Rohini on the other hand tells them how valuable the crockery set was for her, and the rest of the family look on with disgust. Vibha like a sacrificial lamb, just takes on the insults, with submissive resignation, as if this is the will of the Almighty.
Naina wants to teach Rohini a lesson, and so she asks Akruti to take the telephone of Rohini and bring it to her. While doing so, she has to dodge the vain woman, but she succeeds and goes to the kitchen, from where Naina sends a message to Sanket. Rohini hears the phone ringing, but does not where it is and in the hurry of searching for it, asks her friend to call her number, which takes her to the kitchen, and Akruti shows where her phone is, and tells her that she might have left it, when she had come to the kitchen.
Rohini's father in law can not bear to see his wife being humiliated by his daughter in law, and scolds her, but his wife comes to her defense, but he tells her that she should know how to respect the elders, and when his wife is adamant in her foolish humility, he walks away in frustration.
When Rohini comes back with chocolates for her friends, Vibha has been mopping the floor with a wet cloth, and Rohini about to slip, and she starts yelling at the carelessness of the mother, who apologizes, but suddenly a voice from behind shouts at Rohini and she turns round to see Sanket, who is annoyed at her behavior, and accuses her of insensitivity, to make his sick mother do all the work. The guests tell him, that his mother was really not feeling well, and so she dropped the tray. They too feel bad to stay there, and ask to be allowed to go, and they leave.
Sanket forces Rohini to say sorry to his mother, but she is shocked that he is asking her to do that. She however can not extricate from the situation, and to save her face, makes an apology. In the bedroom, Sanket asks how his son is, and she tells him, that he is fine. He then refers to the message she sent on the phone, asking him to come home soon, and he had to leave all the work and come home, only to see what she was doing to her mother. When he shows her the message, she realizes that her phone was misplaced and then she looks at her phone, and finds the message has been deleted. She suspects Naina, who was also in the kitchen at the time, the phone was found there. She rushes to the lobby and sees Naina, and calls her, but she ignores her and goes up the steps to her room. She rushes behind her and reaches the terrace, and confronts Naina, and yells at her. But Naina turns the tables on her and tells her that she deserves a medal for being a spy, but she will have to wait till January, for the Republic Day. She tells her, that she too is capable of detective work, and it was she who sent the SMS to Sanket to stop her from treating their mother this way.
Next day, Rohini makes a big display of being sorry for her misdeeds, and tries to embrace her mother and say sorry to her, and as she does it, her eyes fall on Naina, and she winks at her.

Naina stands strong in front of Rohini. Daksh's father yells at Rohini for her behaviour. Naina, in order to teach Rohini a lesson, fiddles with Rohini's cell phone with the help of Aakruti. Naina and Rohini quarrel with each other, where Naina ends up humiliating her. Sanket interrupts Rohini, when she humiliates Vibha in front of her friends. More

Following the fiasco of Rohini's dinner for her friends, she has to contend with the animosity of the whole family. while the mother goes out to appease her. Naina tries to undermine her by sending an SMS to Sanket which exposes his wife to him, and then she has to pussy foot to please him.
When Naina declares that she has exposed her, Rohini is out to defy her and this challenge leads her to put on an artificial act, to prove her loayty to her mother. Naina gets Akruti on her side, and tricks Rohini who has been pretending to have a depression, and the doctor has priscribed medicines, and asked the family to allow her complete bed rest. The mother goes again out to serve her while every one else suggests that she needs rest more than Rohini. Naina gets a bitter medicine, and tells Akruti to give it to her. All are after Rohini to have her medicine, and as she squirms Naina and Akruti have their own laugh. Even Sanket forces the medicine down her throat. Naina says, that it is a lesson for her for all the cruelty she practiced on the mother.
In the precap, Rohini speaks to someone in the kitchen, that she intends to get hold of the whole family, and Kaka hears her and starts lambasting her, and Rohini thinks, that Kaka is more dangerous than Naina, and if she does not take care of him, all her plans may go down in flames.

Rohini takes the ear ring in her fingers and asks her how this ornament happened to be in the lawn. Naina is not ruffled, and calmly tells her, that she did not like these and she threw them away, and if she had searched a little more she would have found the other ear ring as well, and walks away. Rohini is asked to forget about the affair by her mother in law, and her uncle Sridhar, makes fun of her. Naina leaves them and goes to sleep.
She goes to Daksh and tells him about the drama that took place downstairs, and they smile at each other and go to bed. In the morning, Naina meets Akruti on the terrace, and starts a new drama, and Akruti too keeps it up, and when they argue, Rohini comes up and defends Akruti, and tells her not to get entangled with Naina. She tells her that she is going out to meet her friends, and that she should take care of her son when she is away. She reminds her not to take the child out in the open, and to ask her permission before she wants to do anything out of the way. Akruti nods, and she goes away.
Sanket protests with his wife, at her unecessary drama, and she tells him, that it will be fine. He tells her to go out with friends. She calls her friends and they tell her that they want to come home, and have a meal with her. She goes to her Ayee who is in bed, and her husband is tending her. The mother in law is asked by Rohini to prepare meals for her guests, and she gets up to go, but her husband tells her to rest. Rohini does not care what Vibha is going through, she is so self centered, that she is concerned about her own needs. The mother, in order to prove that she still loves her family, gets up and goes to the kitchen with Rohini to discuss what she wants to make for her guests.
In the kitchen, she is instructed and the mother in law like a servant, listens to all her commands, and when she is fed up of peeling the potates, she gives that job also to her mother, and Kaka is again there to make fun of Rohini, and Shyamal just watches how her sister in law is humiliated, yet overlooks everything. Is is obvious, that Naina was much better than Rohni they way she used to treat her, yet Vibha has had a fixation, and she is a prisoner of her own imagination. I would have liked her to have fallen sick, and been taken to the hospital, where Supriya would come to visit her and remove all her misunderstanding, about Naina and Sonakshi. But may be it is a wishful thinking, because in this set up, easy routes are blocked, and uphill circuitous routes are chosen, and the ending is delayed indefinetly.
In the morning at the breakfast table, Daksh leaves without eating his breakfast, and Naina deplores the situation where he is getting angry with her for the least of things, and he tells her that when she will start to understand, they could sit down and discuss, till then he has to mind his work, and he leaves. Actually, the previous night, when they were about to get romantic, Naina had put a break, and told him, that they can not be intimate, until his mother accepts her as her daughter in law even though it is a stupid precondition, especially with such an obstinate woman like Vibha. This becomes a great barrier for Daksh, having to keep his emotions constantly under control, which for a man is much more difficult than it is for a woman. Vibha is watching her son, as he leaves Naina, and as he is about to go, he stares directly at his mother for a long time, very angrily, till she can not bear his stare and she walks away with her catish daughter in law, to prepare the meal for her guests.
In the precap, we see a funny situation in Daksh's office, where a woman has come to see him, dressed in a knee length frock, and a head scarf, with thick spectacles, and when Daksh refuses to see her, she asks if he wants to throw her out, and Daksh looks at her. Who is she ?

Rohini gives instructions to her mother in law, on what and how to cook for her guests. Everything that comes out of Rohini's mouth becomes ammunition for Kaka Sridhar, who has some sarcastic remark to prick Rohini where it hurts most, and she comes out on a rebound trying to inflict as much hurt as he can on him, but it falls on the duck's back, as he saunters along with a swipe at the arrogant woman.
Naina comes to know that Daksh is on the look out for a replacement for his secretary who has left. When she goes down, she sees the flashy ladies, arriving at her house, and Rohini sweeps in a rush, to greet and welcome them. In the height of their excitement, they mistake Akruti for the new Aayah, and Vibha has to clear up the wrong impression, but Rohini shows who is in control, and the mother is told to prepare the refreshments for her guests, and she meekly submits to the order. Shyamal too brings juice to her guests, but is humiliated, for not bringing cold juice, and is sent back to do the job right, as Akruti looks on in disgust. Finally, Rohini orders the two women who tend to her needs, to send the stuff to her room, and she takes her friends upstairs,
Here too, the arrogance has not limit, with the showing off of Rohini, and when the child wets a guest's clothes, Rohini shouts at Akruti, and asks her why she did not put a diaper and she tells her child has a rash, and the child is taken away. Akruti sees her mother and questions why she kept quiet when Rohini was insulting her. It is only her father who can keep Rohini in her place with his sharp tongue, and the rest are meek cows.
In the office, Daksh is interviewing girls for the position of a secretary, and then the peon comes telling him, that there is one more person, but Daksh finds all the applicants have been interviewed. The lady, in a red dress, with her head covered with a scarf, tells the boss not to turn away an old lady, who assures him, that she too can do a fine job for him We all recognize that it is Naina in disguise, but Daksh is made to take time to find that out, but the humor that takes place between them is truly remarkable, and hilarious. It ends when, Daksh sends a call to Naina's mobile and it rings in the bag of the old lady, and she is about to leave, and picks the phone and looks at the caller id, and the scene ends.
In the precap, we see Naina gives a glass of lime juice to her father in law and asks him to give it to his wife, and he when he gives her the glass, she suspects who has prepared it, and asks him, as to who had prepared the juice. The old man, has no answer, but he has always suspected the good intentions of Naina, but when will he come out openly in her defense. How long will he wait, till the muddle in his wife's head will be made clean?

Daksh and Naina are in the office, and he shows her that he knows who she is and they finally hug each other, and he orders Chinese food, but she gets a call from Akruti and rushes home, and tells Daksh that they will see each other at home. Daksh cancels the order for food.
At home Rohini is giving orders right and left, and constantly complains and swings from pretentious kindness, to crass crudity. She resembles the newly rich upstart, who has come up from a low environment, and imitates the attitudes of the rich, from observation, and her companions are equally from similar backgrounds, none give the sense of high breeding or superior manners. These are birds of the same feather trying to flock together to bolsters one another s' egos. We are forced to witness their sham behavior throughout the episode, where the Patwardhan family is meek bystanders, serving the upstart queen whom the mother in law has put on a pedestal, out of her own stupidity, just to spite Naina, and now is becoming a victim of her own actions, and does not evoke any sympathy from the viewer, and definitely not from Kaka Sridhar, who sends his barbs as often as the upstart queen sends her diktats.
In the commotion, Vibha gets a fainting fit twice, and once Naina makes lime juice for her which she gives to her father in law, who reluctantly takes it from her, and gives his wife, and when she asks who prepared it, Akruti saves him, by claiming that it was prepared by her, and she gets a pat on her shoulder from her stupid and melodramatic aunt.
In spite of the comments of Shyamal and her husband, Vibha insists on doing the work for her daughter in law, who in turn treats her so badly in front of her friends, that even they find it odd, but just to be in the good books of this woman, they try to cover up.
Finally, when the turn of the ice cream comes, Vibha drops the tray, and Rohini's precious crockery breaks into pieces, with all the ice cream, and she lets a string of abusive words, that can come from one reared in the gutters of the nearby sllums of Mumbai. All the while, Naina quietly observes her show, and is determined to put Rohini in her place.
As all this is going on, the victims just tolerate the bread winning queen, whose husband is at work. It is the stupid mother who has blocked her other son from helping her family, even though her husband has retired, and her brother in law has no income. They expect some charity towards his daughter who has volunteered to do the Ayaah work, out of a hidden motive.
As Sanaket sees his sick mother, cleaning the floor, of the ice cream and broken crockery, under the supervision of his wife, he gets angry, and questions her, as to what she is up to.

In nature, there are seasons, and change of weather. It is never always hot, or always cold. The Maker of this Universe is the wisest in arranging it in such a way, that when the seas get hot, the water evaporates and becomes clouds, and the breeze flows from cold regions to hot regions, and moves the clouds to the hills, where it becomes rain, and the grass turns green, and the rivers flow. The constant change brings harmony in nature, and the people who live in it. Good writers should learn from this nature, in writing their stories, but we are given to one track story, where it is either continuously stormy and hot, or it is depressingly cold. SSBN, was like the natural phenomena, at the start of the serial, but now it looks that it has succumbed to global warming, and we are having a regular spell, of bad weather. Wonder when it will start raining once again and the environment will revert to harmonious existence.

As Vibha is cleaning the floor, the friends of Rohini watch her humiliation, and keep quiet. Rohini on the other hand tells them how valuable the crockery set was for her, and the rest of the family look on with disgust. Vibha like a sacrificial lamb, just takes on the insults, with submissive resignation, as if this is the will of the Almighty.
Naina wants to teach Rohini a lesson, and so she asks Akruti to take the telephone of Rohini and bring it to her. While doing so, she has to dodge the vain woman, but she succeeds and goes to the kitchen, from where Naina sends a message to Sanket. Rohini hears the phone ringing, but does not where it is and in the hurry of searching for it, asks her friend to call her number, which takes her to the kitchen, and Akruti shows where her phone is, and tells her that she might have left it, when she had come to the kitchen.
Rohini's father in law can not bear to see his wife being humiliated by his daughter in law, and scolds her, but his wife comes to her defense, but he tells her that she should know how to respect the elders, and when his wife is adamant in her foolish humility, he walks away in frustration.
When Rohini comes back with chocolates for her friends, Vibha has been mopping the floor with a wet cloth, and Rohini about to slip, and she starts yelling at the carelessness of the mother, who apologizes, but suddenly a voice from behind shouts at Rohini and she turns round to see Sanket, who is annoyed at her behavior, and accuses her of insensitivity, to make his sick mother do all the work. The guests tell him, that his mother was really not feeling well, and so she dropped the tray. They too feel bad to stay there, and ask to be allowed to go, and they leave.
Sanket forces Rohini to say sorry to his mother, but she is shocked that he is asking her to do that. She however can not extricate from the situation, and to save her face, makes an apology. In the bedroom, Sanket asks how his son is, and she tells him, that he is fine. He then refers to the message she sent on the phone, asking him to come home soon, and he had to leave all the work and come home, only to see what she was doing to her mother. When he shows her the message, she realizes that her phone was misplaced and then she looks at her phone, and finds the message has been deleted. She suspects Naina, who was also in the kitchen at the time, the phone was found there. She rushes to the lobby and sees Naina, and calls her, but she ignores her and goes up the steps to her room. She rushes behind her and reaches the terrace, and confronts Naina, and yells at her. But Naina turns the tables on her and tells her that she deserves a medal for being a spy, but she will have to wait till January, for the Republic Day. She tells her, that she too is capable of detective work, and it was she who sent the SMS to Sanket to stop her from treating their mother this way.
Next day, Rohini makes a big display of being sorry for her misdeeds, and tries to embrace her mother and say sorry to her, and as she does it, her eyes fall on Naina, and she winks at her.

Following the fiasco of Rohini's dinner for her friends, she has to contend with the animosity of the whole family. while the mother goes out to appease her. Naina tries to undermine her by sending an SMS to Sanket which exposes his wife to him, and then she has to pussy foot to please him.
When Naina declares that she has exposed her, Rohini is out to defy her and this challenge leads her to put on an artificial act, to prove her loayty to her mother. Naina gets Akruti on her side, and tricks Rohini who has been pretending to have a depression, and the doctor has priscribed medicines, and asked the family to allow her complete bed rest. The mother goes again out to serve her while every one else suggests that she needs rest more than Rohini. Naina gets a bitter medicine, and tells Akruti to give it to her. All are after Rohini to have her medicine, and as she squirms Naina and Akruti have their own laugh. Even Sanket forces the medicine down her throat. Naina says, that it is a lesson for her for all the cruelty she practiced on the mother.
In the precap, Rohini speaks to someone in the kitchen, that she intends to get hold of the whole family, and Kaka hears her and starts lambasting her, and Rohini thinks, that Kaka is more dangerous than Naina, and if she does not take care of him, all her plans may go down in flames.
