Tumhari Disha---POONAM JOSHI

Like most of the shows on air pressing a fast forward button, Tumhari Disha is also all set to take a 20 year leap with Poonam Joshi playing DK's second wife (while Chavvi Mittal who played Disha will be shown dead in the show). The actor

plays a simple thirty five year old housewife who has problems in her family life.
"I play Kamna and will have three children in the show. The leap will show how Disha is dead but DK continues to remember her. It essentially will explore their relationship, problems in the family and their old age. I think they took me in the show because I fit the bill," smiles Poonam who will don a rich look in the show.
The production house has also roped in Sandeep Bhansali, Manish Raisingh and Tia to play Kamna and DK's children in the show.
"We are re-launching the show and the essence of the story will change from a love story to a social family drama. We chose Poonam, as we had a clear picture of whom we wanted to play Kamna in the show besides she is a fabulous actor and has been in the industry for a long time now," says Producer Rupali Guha.
For now, Poonam will be providing disha to Tumhari Disha and has her hands full with Kahiin To Hoga as well.
