I think he is caught for his other forged pictures and confesses that he forged Jessica's picture as well..

They didnt show that he was caught for Jassi's picture but was caught in another similar crime..

well the the body that he attached jassi's head to belongs to mallika somthing. (not evil mallika)..so she may have said something that that is her pic and not jassi's...pesonally i cant believe anyone believed that was jassi

a. she is NOT that skinny

b. no matter how much camera editing u do...u cant make a person to go from jassi..to the mallika model...
