There was a major blooper in the Master Class.
Chefs Kunal & Vikas said they were going to teach the Mediterranean cuisine where the dishes shown were Pita bread, Felafel, Tahini paste, Baba Ganoush & Hummous. All these are Middle Eastern dishes except for Pita bread (which is common to Middle East & the Mediterranean).
Having lived most of my life in the Middle East in various countries before & after marriage, I know the cuisine pretty well.
